Ok, so here’s my Helzberg Diamond story…
I purchased a diamond tennis bracelet from Helzberg Diamonds for my wife’s sixtieth birthday. First time she wears it, a stone falls out. I took it to HD in Deptford to repair it. Now the third time she goes to wear it, another stone falls out. I take it to HD in the Quaker Bridge Mall for repair. It took nearly two months; I was told stories about ‘it’s at corporate’ when I inquired about what was taking so long. I finally call and I’m told it’s ready for pick up…no call, email or text to let me know that. I specifically asked that ALL the stones are checked for tightness. I hope it’s good for now on, but future jewelry shopping I do will be done elsewhere.

Bought my wife's wedding ring from here decades ago and they still honor the warranty of replacing and cleaning the ring at no extra cost, service is always great and I never had an issue, their diamonds are great quality and not the crap they sell at Kay jewelers.
