Recently rented an SUV from this Hertz location and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted professionally with no wait time whatsoever. The branch manager personally assisted me and took the time to explain additional options available, answering all my questions with remarkable patience.
What impressed me most was how seamless the entire process was - no hassles, no pressure, just excellent customer service. Even better, she went out of her way to help me save money on my rental, which is rare to find these days.
This level of service sets this location apart. I'll definitely be returning here for future rentals and highly recommend this Hertz branch to anyone looking for reliable service and genuine care for their customers. Well done!

My experience at this Location with the Manager of store Ms. Lucy Diggs was over and beyond. She helped us get the best plan and vehicle. She was extremely helpful and I would definitely 💯 recommend this Hertz store to family and friends in the area. Thank you again Ms Lucy for your help! Loved her!

I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Ms. Lucy who went out of her way to release the for me.
The car was in a top condition and had a pleasant drive too. Please keep up the good service.

I’ve been a regular customer at the Hertz location in Lawrence, specifically at 2062 Brunswick Pike, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648, for approximately a year and a half. I can confidently say that the customer service here is exceptional, particularly from Ms. Lucy. She is highly attentive to customer concerns and needs, often going above and beyond to provide detailed information while still being mindful of time.
Her ability to remember staff names is remarkable, and there’s nothing quite like a service provider who knows how to professionally engage and cater to customers.
However, I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement. I wish this branch was open on Sundays, and I would love to see a wider selection of luxury cars. While they do have a good range of vehicles, the luxury options are somewhat limited.

The employees that work at this location are extremely rude. I would never rent a car from Hertz. Enterprise right down the street has professional, friendly staff that are much more pleasant to work with.

I recently rented a car from Hertz. The car was really good and in top-notch condition. The process was very easy and smooth. Lucy (from reception) was really polite and helped me with options and they even provided me with the credit since I had to return the car earlier than it was scheduled.

Lucy is just fantastic. She made both check in and out smooth. She is extremely professional and willing to help. Her service made this branch (Hertz Lawrenceville NJ) the best hertz branch (among almost 10 others) I have used.

Just rent somewhere else. Car smelled badly of weed and cigarettes. Dirty interior. Car had issues with locking me out, then door wouldn’t even unlock at all. I rented a full size car and was informed that the Chevy trax counted as full size. I was ultimately given $50 off but really didn’t cover the problems
