I don’t think I’ve ever visited a Hot Topic where the employees were rude. They’ve all been more than helpful and are incredibly friendly.

The two gentlemen there were very customer oriented friendly. The one I dealt with didn't quietly know their entire stock but they have a lot of items so it's a little harder. But explain everything that I needed to know about how and what I was purchasing. Store was very clean and organized.

Love this place! The people there are very helpful and nice. I always come to this store to buy one thing and leave with 5 or 6 things I never knew I wanted. Love this place!
