If I could give it 0 stars i would.. as quickly as I walked in I walked right back out. The store was a disaster. Stuff tossed all over the place and god forbid you need help. Out of the 6-7 other people there had no clue who worked there and who didn’t. No greeting, no offer of assistance, nothing. Customer service is nonexistent. Trashy is the best review I can give.

I don’t think I’ve ever visited a Hot Topic where the employees were rude. They’ve all been more than helpful and are incredibly friendly.

I really don’t understand why the opening manager of this location can clock in and gallivant around the mall as if she’s not suppose to be working. Yesterday morning she cleared out the Popmart machine when she was suppose to be opening the store and doing her work. Mall management did absolutely nothing (useless people) and let her do whatever she wanted. She’s the one wearing the shorts. Disgusting behavior tbh.

As a person who shopped here regularly when Josh was the manager, as well as a previous employee to the company my most recent visit today 2/8/24 at approximately 1pm was very disappointing. The only employee who is definitely a management team member was glued to their phone behind the cash wrap doing absolutely nothing and not even acknowledging my presence when I was the only customer in the store. They looked up from their phone for a second saw me and just yawned and went back to their phone. Didn’t mention any sales or offer assistance or suggestions. Get it together that’s not professional or appropriate behavior and certainly not meeting company standards.

Displeased. I bought a ton of stuff here for Christmas gifts and they have a nice selection of fun and retro gear. Staff were friendly and helpful. My main complaint is that when I came back to do a return with the receipt, they said they cannot take it because they are doing inventory. Not sure why this would be an issue, but I called the corporate number and they confirmed that stores can't take returns during inventory. Wasted a trip into the mall and have to go back another day. They did mark my receipt in case I can't get there during the return window. Will update this review depending on that process.

The two gentlemen there were very customer oriented friendly. The one I dealt with didn't quietly know their entire stock but they have a lot of items so it's a little harder. But explain everything that I needed to know about how and what I was purchasing. Store was very clean and organized.

Love this place! The people there are very helpful and nice. I always come to this store to buy one thing and leave with 5 or 6 things I never knew I wanted. Love this place!

Overall, the experience was very well. The employees are willing to help whenever. Bought a Nirvana and Led Zeppelin shirt here! CDs arent sold here, if you are trying to buy CDs.

Asked about item employee there girl with long blond hair was snippy and rude. Acted like we were bothering here or she didn't want to deal with us. First time encountering this at a Hot Topic. Usually they are helpful.
