Lovely store. Very helpful Staff. Very nice to be able to try on clothes rather than ordering from catalogue. Best part, most of the time some of the clothes are 1/2 price$$$

I had a tremendous return experience. I have been a lands end customer for nearly 30 years. Dina was incredibly patient and professional. I highly recommend this location.

WORST SERVICE EVER. I stopped by to return two items from an online order. Four employees staffed the store but you'd never know it. The sales associate at the main register immediately instructed me to a desk where another associate was processing online returns; the customer in front of me was returning several items from multiple accounts, which took 25 minutes. I stood waiting while one associate handled a sale for only one other customer and two additional associates ignored me and wandered around the store literally doing nothing. Zero interest in providing even the bare minimum of service here. These people ought to find a new job because they stink at this one.

We had a wonderful experience here today. I was easily able to complete my online returns. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Christine, one of the sales associates even brought out pinwheels to entertain my boys so that I could focus on shopping! They have a great selection, and I would highly recommend!

I was disappointed by the staff at this location. I asked an employee if there was anyone staffing the register, after informing her I was doing an online return she, in a rude and condescending tone, said "it's under the big sign that says online returns" (however there was no staff there either and thus was the whole reason I asked. She then told me my return couldn't be processed. I asked to know the policy and she nor the manager ever answered me.
I went to a different location the next day and did my return without an issues, questions or attitudes.

My parents had a horrible return experience with the store. They purchased 11 items from the store and discovered that 3 items (same style, different color) suffered from sever quality issue, shrinking significantly upon washing. However, when they attempted to return the items to the store, the store manager took the items and marking it as an unprocessed return with incomplete paperwork. When I called the store, the store manager redirect me to customer service and said the store will not be responsible for the return. According customer service, the store should initiate a return when the purchase is made in store. I'm very concerned regarding the treatment my parents received in store as senior people and new immigrants.

Just purchased Bathing Suits from them. Can't track status of your order. Worst Web Site in the world. It's easy to fix, see how Amazon does it.

I love Lands' End and have shopped at various stores and online for year. After today, never again. I've never encountered such rudeness. And I see that even with all the other complaints on this site, that this is an ongoing problem with Jerry, not a one-off. To think that this is the manager of the store! I've never given a one-star rating -- I wish there were negative stars!
