Staffs were rude, one staff actually snapped on me when i asked about the sizing guide, she raised her eye brows on me and look at me from head to toe and said “did I answer your question?”. And the cashier as well didn’t greet me but greeted the person before and after me. Maybe because I am wearing only slippers and short pants? Hmmm maybe I should change my store location.

They have great selection and variety … the customer service is pathetic . They just don’t acknowledge or care specially when you are in the billing the older women I think she is the store manager she is extremely rude … if your not interested to work in customer service then pls don’t work and spoil your customers moods and thoughts about the store ..I will think twice before I come in .

I don’t know if giving review helps nonetheless I’ll like to share my experience at this particular store. The store associate was very rude and racist. I was just there for a pickup and was asking simple questions to which the associate named Rene was answering my questions with a very rude undertone. I hope loft pays attention to such attitudes of their associates.

Had a very bad experience.. racist associates. The lady named Dominiq took her time and didn’t acknowledge me that she will be late in helping me. Standing there for 10 minutes and then she takes me with such rude attitude. Never gonna go back to this store.

I'm a big fan of LOFT, and the store at Quaker Bridge Mall is one of my favorites. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the selection of clothes is always up-to-date. I love that LOFT has something for everyone, from casual to dressy clothes. I've found some great work outfits at LOFT, as well as cute dresses for special occasions. The prices are also reasonable, especially when you can find them on sale.I recently went to the LOFT store at Quaker Bridge Mall to find a new outfit for a job interview. I was really impressed with the selection of professional clothes, and I found a great dress that made me feel confident and put-together. The staff was also really helpful, and they gave me some great tips on how to style the dress. I ended up getting the job, and I know that I looked my best thanks to LOFT.Overall, I highly recommend the LOFT store at Quaker Bridge Mall. It's a great place to find stylish and affordable clothes for any occasion.

If I could give extra stars here I would!!! From the moment I walked in, Marg greeted me in such a friendly manner and was so gracious in setting up a fitting room, giving feedback, and finding the needed sizes. I credit her for making the entire experience efficient and productive. I needed some work clothes and found several items that worked well. Quality and Marg reminded me was 50% off today. What a deal! Marg also let me know whatever sizes were unavailable, they could order and mail to me free. MAJOR PROPS TO MARG - She deserves a promotion The lovely lady who checked me out (Alyssa?) also helped order the right sizes online and find items that were in stock in the store. What a great shopping experience!!! Will be back!!

I had a bad experience earlier with a employee there. She had told me her name is Sandi, she had a very nasty attitude and vibe coming off her. All I did was ask for some help and she gave me a dirty look. I felt like I was being judge.

Everyone was super sweet and helpful in finding the perfect outfits for a sad occasion. These ladies went above and beyond the normal to make sure I looked the best, plus you can tell they cared (I used to work for Michael Kors so I know retail) they didn't try to sell me anything outrageous, actually everything they suggested was 40% off. Also, EVERYTHING I bought has already been used in everyday/night occasions, they were really cool, saying hey you can get so many uses out of these clothes than say 2 black dresses you'll throw in your closet. All in all they made a very sad time for me a nice and helpful distraction.
