I've been going to McGrath's pharmacy since I was a kid. My mother and I used to walk there. They don't have a drive-thru but they do deliver for free if you are close by. The people are friendly and it's a nice little store so I keep going there.

Longtime customer who just wanted to give these guys a big shout out. My sister forgot her medicine at home and they made sure they got the info from her pharmacy and her insurance and filled her pills for her. Thanks for saving Christmas!

I have to share a horrific experience. I had never been to this pharmacy before and I live in Lawrenceville. I was excited to go and support a local small business. The minute I walked through the door, the experience was absolutely awful. The energy is just awful and staff was unhelpful. Consistent with the previous reviews “people are just rude”. I posted a review here and then I went back to pick up a prescription. The owner who saw my review came out to the counter and said “I saw your review.” I eagerly waited his service and opportunity to explain. Instead, he began throwing profanities at me. I started walking away, and he started chasing after me. I ran to my car and locked myself in. Here’s a picture of him outside of my car window. Not a nice nor happy man. When… this business closes …it certainly will be justified.

Terrible management, staff were unfriendly, was a former employee here and was fired by the manager for no reason. Abusive and cruel workplace environment and employees are constantly getting bullied and abused by the manager.

I've disapproved of big pharmacy for a long time. My uncle owned a small pharmacy in CT, I can appreciate the difficulty. I feel like an invisible person,as ill be the only one there,only one..yet I am not even acknowledged, or asked what I need,can I wait a minute,anything other than side eye,wondering if my welfare paying a** is stealing from the sparse shelves because I am trying to entertain myself while being completely ignored. This has been my experience more times than I care to remember..obviously this business exists as something to do for the owner,as I have yet to see one of the few employees smile,or seem even fake about wishing you a nice day. The criteria for working is silence,ignoring customers,and look down you're nose if and when you must engage. I never had these experiences in a large pharmacy, that's running a business. Just here,exclusively. Good job at upsetting someone for the umpteenth time,who continued to use your pharmacy till you apparently got what you wanted..an honest,accurate review,and one less customer. Good riddance

I have tried to use this pharmacy twice now. The first time I waited for over a hour and a half and the second time they complained they never recieved the script. They were very unwilling to work with us to solve the issue. When we finally had the script changed to a different location (which had no problem receiving the script) my wife was always given medications she was allergic to because of their medical errors.
