I reserved on the phone from another state at Omega Storage in Lawrenceville, NJ.
Scott, the owner, was extremely helpful & precise in his calculations of what size unit I needed. Everything went smoothly. A great & safe place to store my items, including a grand piano. I will definitely use t h em again.

The truck I rented was missing the equipment I paid for. Their office is closed on Sundays, so there was nobody available to talk with about the missing equipment

Terribly unprofessional establishment. We had a reservation to pick up a moving truck at 11:30am but upon arrival at 11:20am the place was closed and had a sign saying “be back at 11:35am”. We decided to wait it out and at 11:55am there was still no sign of anyone in the building. In the time we spent waiting two other customers showed up and were confused that they were “closed” as well and left. Tried calling the office and heard the phone just ring til it went to voicemail. We spoke to someone earlier to confirm we were set for 11:30am and was assured everything was set. To get there and wait another half hour with no one there to help with an already existing reservation was beyond rude. We left and have to get another uhaul rental last minute and make sure nothing is charged to the card with put with the reservation. All in all terrible first experience and will be our last with this location.

Been storing our RV at Omega for six years. Scott (manager) does a great ? job! Omega has secure entry and exit gates, more than adequate fencing, 24 hour video surveillance and they do a great job with pest management. Excellent storage facility!

Bait and switch. Get you with free one month. Make you pay $8 a month insurance even though home owners covers it. Scam. Too bad I have give them one star. Stay away. NJ needs to regulate these people
