This Mall survives with hidden spirit. Lost for now are its large national names, like so useful Sears, but more than holding the fort is one of the largest Apple estates. Such excellent service. And many others.

Visit this mall often as, unfortunately, it’s closest to my residence. It’s essentially on the pathway to becoming another “dead” mall. Losing tenants, unkempt food court, and run down looking. General manager of this place must not be very good as this mall is bottom tier compared to others in the southeastern PA area. But then again it’s a Simon mall, and Simon is notoriously bad compared to some competing mall owners in terms of reputation and the quality of employees they employ to run their properties from an operations standpoint.

Came and visited this mall. Use to grow up around this area and I couldn’t believe it’s still here since back in the 70s! Get to see this mall still trying to survive and never felt compelled due to lots of memories and just great old shopping mall to go to. Really relax and memories that’s fulfill the happy times back then and stop now!

Nice place to do shopping, lots of good stores in there, also good food with lots of seating capacity, very clean lots of parking, clean bathrooms. I highly recommend this mall.
