The people at this location forces you to use self checkout. The cashier asked me if I wanted to use it and I said no thank and he still made me use it. Bad customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Nicest gas attendants around! They are always so friendly and helpful. Had an issue with my car and the one attendant did everything he could to help me out. Made the whole situation that much easier to deal with. You are all doing an incredible job!

This place is so up and down, mostly down...I buy 10 cans of Kodiak, 2 sleeves, just about every week. Why is it so difficult for me to do that without a hassle?? First time a young male wouldn't sell me the 2 sleeves saying he had to sell the open single cans first then proceeded to show me a box with expired cans of skoal. I don't want to hear about your issues. The next issue was from what I'm assuming was some sort of supervisor because she was going to sell me the sleeves but ring the 10 cans up individually and I told her it's cheaper when you scan the sleeve versus the individual can which she verified but said they weren't supposed to do that cause then they would only get 1 can replenished, instead of the 5 in the sleeve, when scanning the sleeve. This I'm thinking was false because the main reason I shop here is because you guys are always stocked with this product but again not my problem. The last issue was another female who said she couldn't scan the sleeves which I told her you guys have done it before and she refused so I left without purchasing. How can I buy my 2 sleeves, intact, and at the cheapest price without being hassled?? The guy who helped me today was awesome!! He grabbed my product, scanned it, and I was on my way but it's only when this guy is working. I didn't get his name but he has a shaved head. Last note...if you guys have to scan my product then scan it and take my payment. If you're going to force me to use self checkout then let me scan my own product. Do I need to reach out to corporate to get this issue fixed? Do I need to file a complaint with weights and measures for you guys selling product at different prices depending on who's working? Please fix this issue. Thank you.

I have had some issues with staff over the years. A gas attendant told me to go F**k myself. The manager fired him. I've gone there on and off for years and no one I've had any issues with seems to be employed there long. They have renovated the store since the pandemic and added self checkout. The store is cleaner and it's easier to get in and out than it was prior to the renovation. I hope the store continues to improve.

I've experienced rudeness from staff twice in less than a minute today at quick check of Lawrence. I don't recommend this store and would insist on training in how to treat customers. Another associate assisted me after rudeness from the female behind the deli counter. The young man was courteous and resolved my problem.

I am done with the Lawrenceville quick check. The self-checkout is a mess. Recently the staff up front doesn't even give you the option of doing a normal check out. They force you to do the self checkout.
