We recently got 2 sofas and a love seat from this location. The quality of the furniture that we got is top of the line. This location obviously is huge place with tons of choices.We were welcomed and guided by Mr. Raj Gulati. Understanding our requirement, he showed us various sofas and was patient throughout. He made sure we understood the specifications of the furniture correctly so we could make an educated decision on our purchase. Working with Raj was a breeze may be because he genuinely cares about what he is selling to his customers. There was just zero pressure from him. At every point in the transaction, Raj was communicating with us to make sure we were satisfied. For us, Raj Gulati will be the face of Raymour & Flanigan. He represents them really well.If you are ever at this location, please ask for Raj for a honest and well guided experience.

I highly recommend the Raymour & Flanigan Lawrenceville NJ store. Our sales rep Raj Gulati was extremely professional and very knowledgeable on the various manufacture products. Unlike other furniture stores and sales reps we visited, we felt Raj was genuinely honest and listened to our needs. He provided additional savings without us having to ask. In addition, Raj thoroughly explained in detailed the service plan and delivery procedures. We recently returned to the Lawrenceville store to make another purchase. Thank you Raj and the entire Lawrenceville staff!

Was promised a delivery of two mattresses Sunday. Sunday came and and was then told they will be delivered Monday. One of the mattresses was stain upon arrival. Can’t get a replacement till Wednesday. ? nothing to sleep on till Wednesday until new mattresses are delivered because old mattresses were picked up monday. Who delivers stained mattresses?!

Awesome customer service by Mr. Raj Gulati, very impressed with his knowledge, listening ability and attention to detail. No doubt that R&F is an excellent furniture store with great selection, however, customer service provided by Raj at the Mercer Mall, sets it apart. I will not hesitate to recommend it to my friends and Family. Raj, thank you so much and keep up the good work. Cheers!

I visited the store to buy an area rug and I was fortunate to have Linda wait on me. She was very knowledgeable about where items were located and very patient. It was a good experience. I left with a rug and 2 lamps. Kudos to Linda!

I recently bought a sectional and a fun chair from R&F. Hafida was my sales person. She was lovely. Very helpful, no pressure and a lot of fun. We must have walked that store 5 times, matching fabrics, re-sitting on things, laughing, etc... I always felt like she was helping, not just waiting for me to make a decision. I even left without buying the first time so I could think about the pieces, measure and organize over a couple of weeks. Never felt like she was pressuring me. Next time I need furniture, I'm going back to Hafida. For real. She was great.And the furniture looks lovely. It was delivered on time as R&F always does, and the delivery people were efficient and pleasant, as they always are from R&F, in my experience.

Recommended by a dear friend. Excellent service. Kathy was a great help. I found a super bed for my mom, at a great price. Kathy was so right about fitted sheets ; and so kind to give me plastic bags for recycling old matteress. Life saver.
