Everytime I am here, I am followed & asked by the same floor attendants multiple times if I want help. Less than 15 minutes of being in the store. It makes for an unpleasant experience. I always feel rushed here to avoid being persistently scrutinized by the employees. Please-just ask once. If anyone needs help, they will find you.

I recently went to Sephora to get my birthday gift and a new concealer. The associate Emma was wonderful giving me different brands to try and did not rush me or judge for trying five different brands. I finally decided on Armani and got foundation as well. I will definitely return to this location because of the customer service and the store was well stocked!

This store is amazing. The beauty advisors are knowledgeable and very friendly. The store is well stocked and it has more brands that some store doesn’t have. Overall it is a nice store, luxurious and well maintained. Great job team!

Got my gift card swindled out of $50 at this location. I was on with customer service support for 45 min and found out that they swiped it multiple times but they didn’t add it to the account. Plus I lost points. Lady was very condescending calling me “babe” like please be professional, I’m not your honey or babe. Did not offer any type of support and Sephora can’t do anything about gift cards so be careful of scammers and misinformed reps!!!

I came in today for a few things I needed as it was my first time to this store. Store is beautiful, organized, and well kept. The staff is friendly although it was ridiculous how many times I felt I couldn’t even breath or enjoy my shopping with several different people coming up to me every 5 minutes. Then there was a gentleman hawking me toward the end as I am observant and I had it and checked out when I was tempted to just leave everything and walk out. I understand you’re doing your job but at times I just want to read and look up the products without feeling like I’m being suffocated. I’ll just order online from here on out

My recent trip to Sephora was a true indulgence. The store itself was a sensory feast, with beautiful displays. It was amazing. I am speechless!The overall experience was luxurious and left me feeling pampered.
