They closed the drive thru down for weeks now.. so if you don’t have the app you have to go in and wait for them to make all the app order drinks before yours. Waste of time. Go support local across the street at the gingered peach, they are fresh daily and amazing!!

Excruciatingly slow service at the drive thru. Had to wait 13 minutes in line. Worse, once you’re in the drive thru, there is no option to leave. Worst of all, the drive thru lane is SO NARROW it’s nearly impossible to not curb your wheels. I did so yesterday despite careful navigation. Overall an unpleasant experience.

The bathrooms were so filthy that I cannot even imagine eating here or getting something to drink here again. The place was loaded with flies - which I understand it's difficult to keep flies out of an establishment when the doors are opening all day - however, the combo of the filth and the flies...gross!!!

The only reason I ranked it 3 stars is because they’re incredibly inconsistent with their drive thru hours. If they were consistent with opening the drive thru at the same time everyday then I’d come here more often on my commute to work.

this was my favorite starbucks to go to. However, I went this morning and got my typical coffee. Went to work, and noticed the coffee tasted awful. I look in my cup and notice chunky milk floating around in the cup. I call the location and whoever answered the phone was very rude. Disappointed, as I come here almost everyday. Not anymore.

I visit this Starbucks frequently and every single time I am greeted by friendly faces happy to be taking my order. I have never had a negative experience here in the drive thru or inside. The parking lot is a little difficult to navigate sometimes when it's busy and seating inside is laid out a little weird but I love visiting here for the amazing service.Vegetarian options: Starbucks offers vegetarian protein boxes, as well as vegetarian sandwiches such as the crispy grilled cheese and tomato mozzarella Panini. You can also customize the frozen breakfast sandwiches by asking to remove the meat. The other variety of vegetarian breakfast options consist of the spinach, kale, and egg white wrap, kale and mushroom eggbites and red pepper eggbites. They also offer an Impossible breakfast sandwich which contains Impossible breakfast sausage, egg, and cheese.Kid-friendliness: Starbucks offers a kids hot chocolate which automatically is made in a short (8oz) cup and made to warm temperature to help prevent burns. Starbucks also offers steamed milk options which you can add flavors to. In the grab and go section, there are milk boxes and juice boxes as well as apple sauce pouches for kids.Dietary restrictions: Starbucks offers dairy substitutes for all their drinks. The options consist of almond milk, soy milk, oat milk, and coconut milk. The only sugar free syrup they offer is sugar free vanilla, but you can customize the amount of pumps or toppings for any drink to limit sugar intake. Starbucks offers decaf espresso to make any coffee drink decaf, iced passion tea for decaf iced tea, and an herbal peach tranquility tea for decaf hot tea. Sometimes Starbucks offers decaf pike place roast and decaf iced coffee, although if not, a decaf americano is often similar enough to suffice.

The made my venti coffee with steamed oat milk and liquid sugar so good and it was ready in a timely fashion. This location was not so packed and their bathrooms were cleaned. Although I got my coffee to go, the seating area was cute. Def would return!
