Lady at the counter is Rude and Lazy. She was on the phone and its like you are bothering her. She would not scan my prepaid package for a return. she says, throw it in the bin, it will get scanned later. 1 week later I still don't see in the system as showing in transit. Someone needs to evaluate the personnel at this location. many negative reviews.

Within a span of a week I experienced both them not being open despite posted hours of 8:00 am (it was 8:20 when I arrived and no sign of any worker and no posted notice) and the second fun encounter was that I came in at 8:05 and saw the worker on their phone who then proceeded to tell me they wouldn’t scan my three packages even though I needed a proof of receipt due to eBay standards and previous experiences of tracking not being scanned on time.
Do not recommend. Unfortunately this is on my way to my new job but I’ll be looking elsewhere to drop off.

Refused to scan prepaid packages for confirmation of drop off. I have had my packages scanned at every single usps I have visited with this one being the exception. The lady behind the desk informed me about a bulk package label that they scan but do not do individually packages. This is ridiculous and I'm sure it's just them being lazy.

Our postmail delivers our mail 730pm and sometimes even skips our apartment complex! I receive emails daily on the mail that I'm supposed to receive and don't receive it until 2 weeks later, or sometimes the mail just goes missing! I even suffered from no health insurance for Dec. 2025 and had to pay to see my doctor because medical forms that I had to fill out in Oct didn't come until the end of November!!!!! I'm highly disappointed 😞 with USPS! Even the mail lady gave me an attitude when I asked a simple question about my mail!
Note to USPS- Please hire people who want to work and also make sure they are doing their job! This is a federal government job...
I posted a picture of the mailman (lady, very rude) who was sorting the mail in the van for 20 mins at 730pm! Please hire more help. 😞

I went in there to mail a package, It needed a little piece of tape to close up, she told me they only sell rolls of tape. So I went home and taped it up, since that's silly. I went back, the place was empty, I stepped up to the counter, she told me that I had to wait to be called, in a completely empty post office. It was pretty off-putting and domineering, but she finally warmed up a bit after that. I don't know why a counter service person at a post office has to see themselves as a disciplinarian. I moved up here from philly to get away from the attitude, but clearly the post office as a national organization has a long way to go if they think of customer service as completely optional. But, that's where we find ourselves I guess.

[ EXHIBT 66 LLC ] THIS USPS GOT US BANNED ON 2 PLAT FORMS AND CALLED THE POLICE ON ME. DO NOT GO HERE EVER. THERE HOURS ARE BAD. THEY ARGUE A LOT THEY THE LINE IS INCONSISTENT. WHOEVER READS REVIEWS FIRE ALL STAFF THEY STRUGGLE WITH EFFICIENCY. I HAVE SHIPPED 1.5k+ ORDERS HERE AND ALL IK IS I GOT HANNED FOR [ bad rebate rate ] THEY LOST MY COMPANYS 1# SOURCE OF INCOME.

For the past few months I’ve been getting other people’s mail. Different last name, different addresses all put into my mail box.
I can’t understand how the mail carrier doesn’t see this. Put in a complaint with the 800 number.

Although I unfortunately didn't catch her name, the clerk who assisted me a few weeks ago was incredibly helpful. She was very kind when helping me understand which packaging and slips I needed. She then went above and beyond by making me aware that something was missing from my package (which was an application for something important) and helping me find a way to include it so that my application would be processed correctly. I can't thank her enough for her assistance!

Avoid this place!!! the lady who works here Janice does not know how to communicate with the people with zero customer service. The worst USPS I have been so far because of staff!!!

They lock the door at 4:27 and ignore you if you try to knock and get their attention. It closes at 4:30 and there is NO way to drop packages off-Hours. If that’s the case they should at least not close up shop early before the stated time.

There was only one person during the lunch break rush, but she was doing an amazing job helping and getting the line moving. Wish it was better staffed.
