They lock the door at 4:27 and ignore you if you try to knock and get their attention. It closes at 4:30 and there is NO way to drop packages off-Hours. If that’s the case they should at least not close up shop early before the stated time.

Don’t bother with this post office. They’re lazy and won’t even give receipts for already paid for packages. And then they wonder why usps is going under.

Woman at the front counter was rude. Claims they “don’t give out receipts” when I’ve gotten receipts at other usps ? Won’t be coming back :/

This place does not give out a receipt for your prepaid-postage where usps @palmer sq, Kingston and the rest still does. Anyone have the same issue here?

They never allow you to enter for emailing receipt!!!!!!! It is horrible especially it is for tax return that I can not keep electronic file (print out will fade over time before IRS can respond)Bad lady there!! Every single time!!

Mail carriers are slow and inconsistent with deliveries. Staff are unprofessional and rude.

Worrisome: a young lady was clearly new to the job when I visited recently. An older woman who was training her was being really condescending and rude to her about a mistake she made. Dude... Seriously? She's new and trying her best. Anyway, the old lady continued to be rude to me & the other customers too. I feel bad for the younger lady.Other than that I mean, I suppose it's fine. Service is ok.

The nicest staff of any USPS location
