0 stars would be appropriate. Service is incredibly slow and useless. Locked me out of my account and don't let me back in.

Just very shabby organization. Watched a senior banker here get put on the transfer roller coaster for an hour just like the regular people when trying to get them to reissue a check that had since expired.

I was hoping the low rating was wrong but it is not low enough. The wait time is soooo long while employees chat and wander.
