Went to Hightstown branch for notary. After waiting for 10min at noon wastold the notary had to leave to leave right away and can I come back at 2:00. I cannot wait for 2 hrs so went to Lawrencecille branch. Had another 45 min wait. Got my notary work done and needed to check my debit card PIN since I got a new card . Was told I need to get back in line for an asociate. This is after I already waited for an associate for 45 min. cannot believe the attitude but customers dont have much choice but spend half a day waiting around. I did try to get an appointment yesterday before going to the branch today but the scheduling system does not work. I did mention it at both branches but dont expect anyone to do anything about it

10 am and the branch is closed, and it’s not the first time. Without any information on the door. People are coming, waiting at the door.

Was in a few months ago, one teller working and line of 5 waiting while a woman was depositing her company's stuff and taking some time (which is ok). 2 other employees stood behind the line near talking about one of their son's basketball game. An annoyed customer after 20 mins asked if one of them could actually do something and they declined and continued. Yesterday went in to open a second account, waited 20 mins while 2 workers had a conversation. No one came over to ask if or what I was there for so I left and went to another branch and was helped within 5 mins.

Terrible experience after making a huge withdrawal. Needed an answer for how to set up auto pay to another bank and made me wait for atleast a half an hour for an answer.

Terrible customer service. I went in to deposit cash tips, most of which were singles. I was told I had to complete a deposit slip first knowing the exact dollar amount before completing the deposit. When I said that I don't have time to count out every single last dollar and that they have a money counter for that, I was told that it was their policy to do it this way. Its a bank. It seems to me they are paid to count money. Other banks have never given me a problem so why does this one?

I have had multiple issues with this branch. Poor customer service. They are not willing to change the way they provide financial services. Another problem is Drive-thru ATM. I wanted to deposit a cash deposit of a couple of thousands of dollars, ATM took and never deposited an amount deposited into machine. BOA and local branch did not figure out what went wrong and eventually stole my money. They leave you with need to prove that you did what you did while taking your money and machine not providing receipt or any other evidence you should be able to have to protect your rights. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau complaint resulting in no additional details/data from ATM machine or third party servicing a machine, basicaly with no evidence from BOA of the amount actually put into the machine. I am disappointed in BOA and the branch, won't be using anymore for my financial needs and would never recommend to my family or friends

Not sure what the bad reviews are about. All I can say is that we were seen promptly and that Ruba was extremely considerate and competent in handling a matter involving a trust account. Maybe they have changed personnel or training?

I met the manager yesterday. She was nothing less than fantastic. She attended to me urgently when she saw I was waiting and I didn’t even have an appointment. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Taking my daughter back today to open accounts as she’s starting college. Best service in any bank I have ever had .

I received good service when I came in to have a name change applied to my account after calling to confirm they could take care of it at the location. Very appreciated in the slew of bits of ID I've needed to move over.

Absolutely unhelpful! All they say is call customer service and we dont know! Then why are you there? As a business customer I will not recommend this branch at all..no one there knows anything! Worst branch EVER.

If I could give zero stars I would.I work from home and use this bank weekly for my business account. Literally every time that I go into this location there is a long line. They only have one teller and multiple people standing around talking. This location has no sense of urgency nor care for customers time. If it wasn’t for the fact that the bank is right around the corner from my home I would never come back. This location needs all new management/training.

Horrible experience here many times. I usually come just for cashing checks and NEVER they can do it normal way... always wasting time and have to go to another place to finish their work... Horrible HORRIBLE Horrible. If you value your time better drive to Ewing facility on Olden Ave, even though sometimes you may have to stay in line there you will receive professional service not like here..

We had absolutely no issues with this BOA center.A couple of times we withdrew money, and today I was here to make some changes to my account that weren't allowed to be modified through the mobile app. All associates and advisors were nice and helpful. I'm glad to have this center nearby.
