Champs Sports in the Quakerbridge mall is the real MVP when it comes to ordering online and pick up in store. I was amazed at how efficiently the process worked, it was like a perfectly executed in-bound pass. Once I got my hands on the package, it was game time for my new fresh kicks. I felt like I could run faster than Usain Bolt in these sneakers. I even attempted to jump over the store counter like Michael Jordan, but I quickly realized my vertical leap is more like Charles Barkley's. The staff at Champs Sports were awesome and made me feel like a superstar. If you want to be a baller, shot caller, and have fresh kicks, then this is the place to be!

In a mall-based sporting goods store I want two things... first... a staff that hasn't been hitting the edibles and second, a staff that knows where merchandise is. I can usually take it from there as I've been lacing up my own shoes for quite some time. Since the store is in a declining mall, it's light on crowds and gridlock - and since they charge a few dollars more for most things, they're highly likely to have what you want in stock. I'd rather pay a little more up front and be done than put out an APB on some sneakers and waste the day wandering the earth. Malls can still be useful. Five easy stars.

I've been shopping at this store for 20 years and usually encounter a great experience with the staff in the store. I'm not sure how these associates are being coached or trained, but unfortunately this will be the last time I visit this store. I did my best to act accordingly but to be honest, receiving terrible service and feeling humiliated by a young adult working at a mall is degrading and I would not shop here again or recommend this location to anyone. I was treated really poorly to be honest and I am not expecting much but this visit was just appalling and if you're looking for a place to buy shoes and be treated with respect, good luck finding it here. If the store manager ever sees this, I recommend you coach your team and remind them what is it to work as a customer service associate because this store did not give me anything good to say about the service received.

Went to returns 2 items that I purchased from this store and the staff member told me he couldn't do my return because if he did he would be short, and asked me to come back later on. I asked to get a manager involved in this decision and he went and spoke to the manager in which he also denied my return and said to come back later! WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM!! To make me waste time and gas to travel back and forth was non acceptable! Will never shop nor will suggest anyone to go there!

The manager of this Champs is rude, and he's unprofessional. He degrades his coworkers in front of customers. The manager I'm referring to is Francisco.

The nicest and most helpful employees I've ever encountered. I had Simmie and Jahnay help me(not sure if I spelled correctly only looked at her tag for a second). They seriously deserve a "thank you" from the management because they are without a doubt creating long-term customers for the store.

Great shoes when they are on sale. However, most are a bit too pricey.

This morning I went to Foot Locker to look for a pair of running sneakers. I am training for a marathon and needed to purchase a good shoe. When I entered the store, no one greeted me. There were to guys on the floor and one at the register. It was still early because there were only two customers in the store and I was one of them. When I picked out a sneaker to try on, the guy closest to me didn't realize I was there because he was day dreaming. I finally got the attention of the other guy and he brought out the sneaker and then walked away without asking How did it feel...nothing...I was concerned because I injured my heal earlier in the week and wanted to ask a question, however no one cared. As I was leaving the guy closest to me never turned to look at me to see if I needed help...I left because I realized the store didn't want the sale. I went to Champs who have excellent customer service. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store. The young lady not only helped me pick out the right running sneaker but gave me the right insole which will support my heal. I also bought 2 sets of socks, just because it was such a great experience. Foot locker you could learn a lot from Champs. Thank you for such a great experience!
