I scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 5PM. I arrived at 4:45 PM. I left at 6:20 PM. An oil change should be 30 minutes, 45 minutes tops.

The staff was extremely helpful, location is clean and the manager Heckerly ensured all customers were taken care of and their questions were answered. Also work is quality. Highly recommend this store. Thank you!

Great clean location. Prices are high at any location but the work does get done in a timely manner. They do honor military discounts, which is nice. The convenience is there just wish the prices came down a bit. Overall great experience & atmosphere here.

Wish I still lived close . The best Firestone I have yet went to been to 3. The staff go over and beyond to assist you properly always giving you updates on your car very knowledgeable and take pride in their jobs and make sure your family's in a safe car.

Made an appt online for specific tires, came in for said appt and no store nearby had the tires in stock. Opted to just get an oil change and an inspection and estimate for suspension work. Within a few days drivers side wheel was making lots of noise making me think I have a bearing or cv axel going out... turns out the tech who did the inspection and estimate on the suspension put the lug nuts on finger tight and they were now backing off the stud. Unacceptable. This could have caused a major accident. Will never go here again.

I brought my vehicle for service maintenance, tires, fluid, brakes, oil change. While the tech was taking out one of the tires one of the lugnutts broke. The shop manager Mark and representative Rich immediately took ownership of the issue and ordered the parts needed with no questions ask, then replaced the part and changed my brakes pads free of charge. Thank you to the team for their diligence and especially this being my first time visit of this store. Kudos guys thank you.
