Our family has been to most of the lab blood draw stations in the area. This site is so far the best organized, cleanest, most spacious waiting area, entrance is only a few steps from the parking lot (this matters for the less able bodied), and has the most accommodating and kindest staff--Special thanks to Trudy and Stephanie!

Trudy was amazing with my toddler. She talked to him the whole time and he didn’t even flinch when she took his blood. I hope she is always there if we have to go back.

Joseph Tomchuk is the tall guy, how this guy has a job is a miracle. Very rude, very unprofessional I will be complaining to labcorps headquarters about this. It's ridiculous. LC management if you're seeing this please contact me right away. Thanks.

I went for wellness test today morning. The blood pressure device they used showed systolic as 148 which concerned me, since I had gone to Quest 2 days back and it had shown 123. I asked to be checked again and within 5 minutes, the systolic came down to 128 ! I think the device is showing inaccurate results. If anyone else is going for wellness test at this location, please be aware that the blood pressure device may not be accurate. Please request for a second reading if the numbers seem way off. Once you sign the form, they will not accept any change. In my case, even though the systolic pressure got down by 20 points, they did not agree to change the numbers in the form.

I have been to at least 5 different Labcorp locations, depending on if I can get an appointment or not, this was the shortest waiting time ever! I made an appointment, I sat for maybe 5 minutes, my name was called, and I sat on a chair in the back for 30 seconds before my blood was taken. The lady who drew my blood was so efficient!! In and out in less than 2 minutes. I was shocked! I thanked her for her skills! I've had my blood taken more than 50 times in my life, that was the easiest transaction I've witnessed.
After seeing the reviews for this location I just don't see it. I don't see the rude receptionists, I don't see the problem at all. It was not just me. There was another gentleman and woman that came in after me that were called in a timely manner. It didn't seem chaotic or unmanaged.
I can only assume that any inconvenience is cause for people to give such terrible reviews. I will return to this location in the future.

Checked in online at appt time, was sent to the back pretty quickly but then I had to sit in cramped space with large crowd for about 20 min before finally being called by the one phlebotomist. It was also about 50 degrees, so cold I knew it was bound to constrict my blood vessels and make it harder to take blood. I left with the nastiest bruise and swelling I ever had from blood work. I will wait to get an appt at another location next time.

Would give 0 stars if I could. First off they gave the completely wrong address. Still showed up 15 mins early. Didn't get my name called for nearly 40 minutes. Just to get my name called where I'm sitting in the back with several other patients. Currently been waiting 15 mins and counting. All for simple lab work.

Don’t use the online check in it doesn’t work. My appointment was for 12pm. At 1230pm I went to the desk and they said they don’t see my name. And that I had to check in on the tablet. It’s now 1pm and I’m still waiting.

I have never had such big bruise after blood drawn, still have bave bruise after a week . The technician must have punctured the vein badly. Also the result hasn't be sent to my doctor, I might have to reschedule my doctor's appointment. I will not go back to this location.

I have been to this Labcorp facility several times and have always had a wonderful experience. I was assisted by Stephanie who was great to deal with in every way. I was processed quickly and efficiently. And no pain at all in the blood drawing department. I highly recommend Labcorp and this location in particular. Ask for Stephanie!

Avoid wasting your time at this location; they don't respect your time. Despite having an appointment, we had to wait for 30 minutes, and when we inquired about the delay, the staff dismissively stated they weren't interested in discussing it. They were rude and arrogant, refusing to engage in a simple conversation. If negative stars were possible, that's what I would rate them.

Worst labcorp. Don’t book your appointment here unless you want to waste your time. They started calling the people who came at the end and not calling the folks who have pre booked appointments and sitting from a long time. The lady calling don’t have any explanation on how she is calling the folks. She is very rude too. AVOID THIS LOCATION.
