I order items for pick up and notice 2 items are missing. Call customer service and no answer. Go through online chat and they tell me to just wait and pray for 48 hours for their system to process because they can’t do anything on their end or to contact the store I picked items up. I go to return some items anyway and the store and manager try to tell me to call customer service again, which I did. They try to tell me it’s not their fault and it’s their fulfillment center’s fault and try to argue with me for extended period of time that their actual store ‘s fulfillment center did what they could, but the 2 items that were missing came from the online fulfillment center from who knows where - the manager was getting mad at me and was happy to argue with me for an hour and waste further time. I told her plain and simple - your app and site that I ordered form told me to pickup ‘this list of items’ and you only gave me ‘these items’ and owe me 2 item. Plain and simple. Your team and store only gave me these items and 2 items are missing and they aren’t cheap items. I don’t care whose fault it is and good for you that your store fullfillleent center can do their job according to your own personal standards as a managers - but you still owe me a refund or replacement for the 2 items that are missing and I don’t care at what point of your logistics or justifications lead to the mistake - you need to fix this problem… simple as that. She acted as if she expected me to walk away scarified after telling me that it wasn’t her store’s fault, but the online fullfillment center’s fault. After giving her an idea of what common sense is and what actual customer service pertains — customers on line picking up their orders are amused.. as would I. And the managers just stares at me blankly - dumbfounded - as I just explained how to do her job for her, but still is pissed that I don’t just disappear out of thin air — then tries to call customer service and can’t get through and gets flustered. She just wants to cancel the 2 items at this point and after going through all this and it being the last day of the sale — I tell her to just send me the 2 items that are missing. Finally process the refunds I want and reorders the 2 missing items… what she should of done in the first place - I mean what did they expect me to do - just eat the loss after hearing their little childish blame game and pointing of fingers - ridiculous. I as a purchasing customer who bought and should receive x amount of items, deserves x amount of items and the service till I receive them… they acted like it was supposed to be a gift for them or something — like they wanted to keep the 2 items for themselves - honestly don’t know why they gave me a 30 minute run around on who to blame. As a company and customer service - Rectify the problem as quickly as possible and hassle free… they acted as if it was rocket science — demanded my actual phone for 45 mins to “look through my order” when everything is in on their computer in front of them, demanded my drivers license, my credit card…, my email, phone number, and was expecting them to ask for my social security, 6 points of ID, and my passport - for a simple refund/replacement/exchange… she still trying to tell me that her store is not at fault after completing what she needed to do in the first place. Someone needs to get through her head — no one cares who fault it is - her job is to fix it… not just stand there arguing with the customer and getting nothing solved… ridiculous. She just didn’t want to do her job - complete incompetence

We were shopping in the Women’s department on Sunday and were approached by a very friendly sales associate. I was surprised as usually I’m looking around for help ! Marta showed interest and had ideas which were extremely helpful , from now on I’m shopping with her !

This review is for Macys in general, not this specific location. Macys now does third party sales. BIG, BIG MISTAKE MACYS. It's about to cost you money because third party sellers will leave your customers unsatisfied majority of the time and leave you to make it right in order to keep your customers. Good luck. I just had that very experience! I placed an order and unfortunately, I didn't notice until after I placed the order it was from a third party seller. The item was reduced in price twice and I was told I could only ask for a price adjustment once. BAHAHHAAA!! As a platinum card holder I don't pay for shipping at all. So instead of customer service doing the adjustment, your supervisor Jenny in customer service would rather let Macys pay for the shoe to be shipped to me and me to return it via UPS, both shipping charges PAID BY MACYS! Can't be good for the bottom line. I reordered the shoe at the new low price because, again, I don't pay for shipping, so why not! When the first order of the same shoe arrives, I just refuse the shipment and back to Macy's it goes...with Macys paying the shipping! Is that better than giving me the reduced price, whether one, two or three price adjustments requested within your 30 day return policy? Get better customer service. But again, I'm still getting what I want...shoe at the reduced price and Macys pay all shipping!!

I usually have great service here with an older blonde woman. Unfortunately this was not the case today. This black hair lady would not stop pushing John varvatos fragrance on me after I blatantly told her I didn't like it. Had she been paying attention and not on her phone she would've heard me. I stated multiple times the fragrance I wanted and it seemed like she didn't want me to buy it. I wanted to run out the door I was made so uncomfortable...
