“Went to the store looking for a very specific pillow for a specific neck problem I have. The gentleman who is the salesman there was honest and said that I have a pillow for you that might work very well for you but there's another pillow that I don't sell online that I'd recommend that you buy first. The pillow online it was only $50 versus their $170 pillow. He flat out told me that try that pillow first if it doesn't work then come see me and we can identify a better solution for you in that case once we've narrowed it down. I really appreciate his honesty even though he didn't sell me something. I hope this one that he recommended to me solve my issue but if it does not I will be going back to his store to look at other options without question. Honesty means the world to me in professionalism. 👍”

We had a problem with a washer and dryer not fitting after we purchased it and they went out of their way to help us get something that would fit. “I first want to start by giving Mattress Firm on Rte 33, Hamilton Township 5 stars. When I entered the store Rich gave my son and I a wonderful greeting and the store had a great appearance. We told him what we wanted and within 30 minutes we knew which mattress we wanted. Rich really knows his stuff!! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and had a great sense of humor!! When the team arrived to make the delivery, they too were very courteous. I had never seen a team move so quickly and efficiently. They did a wonderful job 👏. “Mahdi was such a pleasure to do business with. I ordered in sept it did take a while due to them not having the specific color I wanted in stock. However due to the delay he though in a free rug for the inconvenience especially since it was around the holiday time. I really appreciated his customer service. When furniture arrived the same day they came to deliver and assemble. I recommend everyone to shop with Regency because not only are they local and accommodating but, I searched high and low for this sectional in this specific color. They had the best prices hands down I couldn’t beat it! So to me it was worth the little wait ?”
