Decided to look around as I was at the mall and bought 4 outfits and spend 125$. Look online later and the exact same things cost 75$, customer service refused to help adjust prices and instead made me waste my time and money to repurchase everything online and go back to return everything. Corporate greed at its finest. Taking total advantage of someone shopping in store in hopes they don’t notice the price difference.

Normally, I have shopped online and in the Old Navy stores in Hamilton Marketplace and in PA. This was the first time I attempted to shop at the one in the mall. At first, everything was going great and I found some pieces that I was excited about. However, there was one piece that I needed to try on because I was not sure if the material stretched enough. Inadvertently, I brought the shopping bag inside the fitting room. A few minutes later, a loud knock startled me and I was rudely told by the individual that I couldn't bring my bag in there. The person's overall tone I found to be highly disrespectful and aggressive. This dampened my experience and I changed my mind about purchasing the clothes I bought there. It is a shame, since I hadn't used my Old Navy card for over a year and this would have been the perfect belated birthday gift for myself. Going forward, I will shop at the Old Navy locations that are welcoming, not those that make a customer feel unwelcome. The only reason this place didn't get a 1 star because of the assistance of the fitting room person and the demeanor of others working the sales floor.

No deals are there now! But the place and products are nice.

Only one cashier waited 45 minutes. No paper bags either I had to carry my purchases out of the store.
