“I sent a package and the guy at the counter printed the sticker and didn't add the apartment number, he also covered the return address. I didn't know where the package was so I filed a claim only to be denied. Then something said to go in and speak to the manager. That was yesterday and he called this morning and left a message saying it would be delivered today. His name is Frankie and he's a wonderful Manager! My son finally got his shoes I sent him for his birthday. This is what you call Great customer service! Even though the first guy fumbled Frankie really came through and I'm grateful ?”

“Up until recently, I have only ever needed to use FedEx Office for the occasional express shipping service. Within the last 4 months I had reason to use their printing services for a pair of family events and couldn’t be more pleased. Leilani and team were most helpful with page layouts, page placement, paper weight choices and page cutting services. One of my events occurred during the holiday crush and the crew went out of their way to accommodate my tight timeframe. The service was exceptional. (I used to live in a city where the post office served a larger population and had longer business hours so this took a little adjustment for me.)”
“I’ve been coming to this UPS Store for over 10 years, and the owner has always been extremely hardworking, helpful and kind. He consistently provides excellent service with a great attitude. One time, I even saw a customer walk out because of a long line, and the owner went all the way to the parking lot to make sure the person was okay and not upset .... that really showed how much he cares. Overall, I give this store five stars. The owner’s dedication and positive attitude make a big difference.”

“We had our passport appointment here this morning and I can not believe how quick and easy the process was. We were early and the appointment before us didn't show, so we were in and out. The lady at the front who prepped our paperwork and took our money orders was short but helpful. Not rude, just not friendly. When Larry took us back to do our photos and process our applications, we actually had a blast. He was just so nice and helped put our anxious daughter at ease. I can not recommend Larry enough!!”
