DO NOT GO HERE.
This is the second time we have left our vehicle here for repairs and will not be coming back. Current repair is north of $8K. Previous repair was north of $14k. This time around, about two weeks after dropping the car off I called in for an update on the timing. Was told that the mirror came in damaged from the vendor and will have to wait for a call back as otherwise the car was good to go. They couldn’t give me a concrete time even though they’re literally in the business of ordering parts every day. Attitude over the phone from an Estimator as if shes doing me a favor in giving some information about my car. Never heard back. Week or two later on a Monday I call in to get another update. I am told the vehicle is off to be painted and will be ready on Wednesday and I will be receiving a call. Never heard back so I call on Thursday and now I’m told that the headlamp came in damaged and they now again don’t know when I’ll be getting a car back. What’s happening here is that they’re outright lying and delaying the job for whatever reason. When this concern was expressed over the phone, Mary, an estimator immediately caught attitude and actually ended up hanging up on me. I think that for an $8K job, she’s in no position to deal with a client this way. I got a call back from Chuck who was may more professional, took ownership and admitted that theyre in the wrong. After applying some further pressure on them, there was an actual miracle. The car was going to be done that day. Further, despite leaving the car at a certified dealership i am not confident that the parts used will actually be sound since they constantly come in broken weirdly enough. Will most likely get the car inspected by another shop. Now waiting on a call from Victor, the collision director which i doubt will even happen.
If you're going to make the mistake of leaving your car here, get a timing estimate right off the bat so you can hold them accountable on timing otherwise all youll hear is excuses as to why your car takes weeks to be repaired. It seems like this place fosters a culture of poor communication, outright lying to provide excuses and lack of basic respect in dealing with clients. If youve made it this far, you're better off at a local Joe Shmo body shop honestly. Youll get an actual update and they wont charge your insurance twice as much for the job…

2nd time taking my vehicle into team collision for repair. They did a great job on the repair and went above and beyond getting the badges I wanted. Also fixed the damage they accidentally caused last time. They also attempted to fix an imperfect repair from the 1st time and while it's still not perfect, the damage is right on the crease of the door so it's understandable.

Chuck should be a manager at this location. I would say I bothered chuck about 8 times throughout my vehicle being at this location. He answered my phone he answered All the questions in person he had a smile and assisted me in everything I needed helped every way possible in such a sad time where our suv was totaled. Please if your a manager at this location promote chuck it’s hard to find a caring hard working person like him!

Our 2022 Toyota Corola was involved in an accident and I trusted the repairs to Team. Joe in Princeton took the lead from the start and followed with the insurance company and speaking to us with regular updates. Great all around experience and perfect repairs.

Horrible experience. The work took forever. I was poorly informed and even lied to multiple times. And the work was not completed so I have to return. They also delayed getting my car back because they were “detailing” it, but it was filthy when it was returned. Not recommended at all.

Nick at Team Toyota Body Shop in Glen Mills, PA went above and beyond to get my RAV4 repaired. The whole team told me upfront about time challenges with insurance. Nick, though, spent hours on the phone and manually inputting data to speed the process of insurance approving the repairs. When we were almost at the finish line, and something went wrong, Nick got me a loaner to get me through to the end. Car looks great!

I went into Princeton Toyota with my Husband to get a new car. Alpha was not only prepared with all the answers to our questions, she was patient. After I left, I had questions, she made herself available to answer them. She was very thorough and didn't try to confuse us. I appreciate her honestly and knowledge and now we are the proud owners of the new RAV4. I would recommend Alpha at Princeton Toyota to everyone that's in the market for a Vehicle.

I would rate their service ZERO if I could. They are truly professional CON ARTIST. I took my car 2020 Corolla to get looked at the other day and they quoted me $1,780.83 for my front axel and $130 for a wheel alignment. I took it to another mechanic and he said I needed a front hub bearing, brake pads, front rotors along with front left axel replaced. Everything cost less than $1900 and it was done by EOB. I was confused why Toyota didn't tell me my brakes & rotors were completely destroyed. They would of probably charged me between $3,800 to $4,000 all together. Moral of the story get a second opinion just to make sure all your car issues are resolved and nothing is missed or neglected!

DO NOT GO HERE. Insurance made me come here for cosmetic fixes. During the 2 months they had it they returned it twice with engine problems and refused to fix their mistake. Had to take it to my mechanic who fixed it in one day and said they were incompetentService: Painting

I had accidently hit a curb and caused the front driver's side fender to bend on my Camry. The door would creak when opening it. I made an appointment to have it fixed. I was given a written estimate as to the cost of the repair. Team member Joe explained how they were going to repair the fender and depending on the damage, the additional cost if it had to be replaced and painted. Within 20 minutes Joe came out to to tell me that the mechanic was able to make the repair without taking off the fender. The repair was so fast that I was not even charged for the work. I call this out of the box thinking. I am so impressed with everyone at the Team Collison Center, that I will definitely use them in the future.Service: Body & Trim

I have unfortunately had two accidents this year that needed to be taken care of here. The first time I was told to drop my car off and was then told the replacement parts for the repair were back ordered and repairs could not be started for a month and I could not retrieve my truck and use it while waiting for the part to arrive. It took almost two months for my car to be repaired. When I picked up my vehicle I was told it was good as new and was fully serviced and checked out. I got all of half a mile before realizing two of the tires they told me they checked were almost completely flat. I was also charged for this and if I didn't bring my car back they would have taken my money with out having done the work. The second time I brought my car in it took a full three months between the initial quote and actually bringing my car in because no one answered my email for three whole months. Then every time I called and asked when my truck would be ready they would say tomorrow, for about a week. Missed a day of work because I was told it would definitly be ready, and then it was once again "ready tomorrow" When I picked up my car the second time there were no flat tires but it has only been about a week and my tire pressure is extremely low indicating a slow leak and that even though I was charged and paid for my car to come out like new, it was not given to me like new. I hope I dont have a third accident this year but if I do I will not be coming back here. I will also never lease or buy a toyota again because of the bad taste this shop has left in my mouth. DO NOT bring your car here for repairs.
