By far the worst place you can pick up your truck at. So i made a truck reservation at this location and the lady at the front desk wont let me pick up the truck saying that nothing is coming up. I know that She is a old for doing all that computer stuff but obviously she doesnt know what she is doing. She made me feel very uncomfortable and acted like i did something worng, very unprofessional, and lady like that should get fired asap. Thanks again Sherry?

This is a horrible place. Truck was so dirty and the rep so rude. But the worst was that when I went to return the truck he claimed that I had taken a dolly and blankets. This was completely untrue. I showed him my rental contract which had no mention of any such equipment rented. To which he said he doesn’t know why it’s not there cos on his system he can see those items. He said he will have to call u haul about it and then let me waiting for 20+ minutes.

This is not a 'real' location, just a pick- up point. It is actually a Motel6. They don't have much vans available, just those that are pre-ordered. The personnel was nice, but they cannot modify your order.

Do NOT, I repeat, do not get a Uhaul from this location. The manager was completely incompetent and had "no idea" how to use the computer system. I waited over 45 min. before he said to come back. When I went back the second time he still couldn't figure it out. Horrendous customer service and I never get the vehicle from them. I would never go back.
