Ordered a second Sport Wrap. As soon as I submitted my order I realized that I'd selected the RIGHT leg. I immediately attempted to contact the company, no answer. I then sent an immediate email to them stating that my order had an error the needed to be corrected. The Sport Wrap was for the LEFT leg. I received confirmation of my order. However, they still sent the wrap for the wrong leg. Not wanting to cause an issue, I went ahead and tried to make do with it anyway. Per Vital Vet Thera-Paw added padding to the wrap. Because the wrap was for the wrong leg, I had to modify it to fit the LEFT leg. When I trimmed the bottom of the warp, the padding they put in was too close to the bottom of the wrap. This caused the seam to open up and pull away from the neoprene. I sent pics and an explanation to Thera-Paw and they suggested I purchase the needed materials and fix it myself. This was their design flaw and I didn't feel I should have to pay out of my pocket for their mistake. I was kind enough to ask them to do the right thing and send my the padding material at no charge and I'd correct it myself. Thera-Paw stopped communicating with me at that point. 1. they sent the sport wrap for the wrong leg, I was willing to work with that, but with this callous attitude I will not buy from this company again. The do NOT stand behind their products. I will notify the Veterinary Specialist who suggested this company of the problems with their customer service.

I can't say enough good things about this company and their product. I had a difficult case that needed a custom tarsal support and ordering it and the delivery were fast and easy. When I made a mistake with one of the measurements I was able to call and someone answered the phone immediately and guided me through the return process. I was able to have the product altered and shipped back to me within a week. This company has the best customer service I have experienced in a long while. I will absolutely being use them again for future rehab cases.

Buyer beware! We ordered boots from Thera-Paw and they lasted 1 week. They also caused major health issues for my dog. Thera-Paw CEO refused to help resolve the issue and told us to "go some where else!". They also lied about and mocked my dogs condition. My dog is a registered service dog for my disabled mother. Thera-Paw does not care about their customers or animals and provides defective product that they do not honor. The braces and service were suppose to last 1 year. They never honored the agreement. I will never purchase product from them ever again! They are unprofessional when dealing with customers and animals. We had the same problem as Paula Y. These products are a waste of money!!!

Our dog loves his thera-paw boots! Finally found a pair of quality boots that stay on his paws. Milo has issues with his paws, that causes pain when he runs around too much. We ordered paw protection boots from a few other companies, but they never stayed on his feet. But, Thera-Paw Boots stay on and he seems very comfortable in them. Very glad we found this company. They even customized them to fit his size. Check them out if your dog needs boots!
