“Great diagnostic/repair services - but *expensive*. These folks are pro's at figuring out the problems with your car (but beware, they will find *all* of them). They are also pro's at fixing these problems. They also came highly recommended by several friends. BUT they are EXPENSIVE. If their estimate seems high to you, do get a second estimate (yes, that may be second best, but that may have to suffice). If you need the best - and can afford it - this is the place.”

“By default, after an accident in Flemington, my car got towed here. I was not getting my car repaired here ultimately, but I needed to deal with insurance and arrange for another tow. The woman in the office was extremely helpful, letting me sit at her desk and use her phone to make necessary arrangements. Then she got on the phone with insurance to finalize arrangements, and she helped me with the necessary paperwork to present to my insurance company. I am extremely appreciative of the kindness and assistance in a stressful situation, when I was not even their customer. Good customer service is rare, but Art's had mastered the "art" of helping the public.”

“Brought my sons 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee a few weeks back that needed some engine and front end work. Phil was honest about what was wrong with it and what it would cost. I gave him the go ahead to do it all which would have run us about $1800. After completing some of the repairs, he called me and said "I don't think you should spend the money on the rest of these other repairs because it's not going to make it run any better and its safe to drive without replacing the struts." He basically gave away about $850 worth of additional repairs because he knew we were tight on money and this was something that could be repaired in 6 months or so, if we wanted. The car drives great for a 15 year old vehicle. Wish there were more people out there like Phil.”

“My van had a flat tire that we couldn’t get off the vehicle due to a swollen lug nut. We called our insurance company and they sent Kovi Towing to come pick my van up. I’m sorry I didn’t get the drivers name. He was quick, efficient, careful and a very nice man. I would definitely use them again, if needed!”
