When that didn’t work, he contacted a local Toyota dealership, spoke directly with the manager, and arranged for my car to be brought in right away. He even confirmed they would provide a loaner car if it couldn’t be fixed before closing.

“A friend referred me here. I'll tell ya, this is the auto shop to go to. I needed brakes and rotors. Had initially gone to the dealer who obviously was going to rip me off. I worked with Dave at Arts auto shop and he was great. He checked to make sure the calipers were OK. He saved me about $300.00. I finally found a shop i can trust and isn't going to rip me off. “I can't say enough good about how Tom took care of me and my car. I have dealt with several other shops in the area and I was so pleasantly surprise by Tom's operation. He may be the last of a dying breed, a shop owner who runs his own shop. He spent the time to find used parts for my car rather than having to pay dealer prices when I was towed in for a broken rim. He really cared to find ways to save me money, rather than to try and up sell me like SO MANY other shops I have dealt with recently. He also took the time to paint my new brake caliper to match the other 3. I highly recommend Tom and his shop.”
