“Went here today for the first time. They had so many beautiful things! We wanted to stop in quick for Easter gifts for my older daughters. I'm so glad we did! The sales lady was so helpful and pointed out things she thought we would like. She even showed us the sale rack! My picky 14 year old found a dress and a top and we even got a cute necklace for her sister. She was nice enough to gift wrap it for us really nicely.”

“I have been coming to this store for years and never have had a bad experience. I can honestly say, at least half my closet is from this store! The workers are so friendly and helpful making the shopping experience so comfortable, especially the owner Tracy who remembers personal things and asks about them when you visit. The prices can't be beat for the quality and brands you can find there. You can tell they take their time to check every item. 10/10 recommend!”

“I always feel good when I walk into this shop, even if there's nothing I like or the things I like don't fit. It's a cozy layout, three stories, which keeps it interesting and unique and not like your average clothing store. I can't say I love all the clothes they tend to sell - many are just not my style - but they have lots of Free People and other trendier pieces on the third floor. The women who work there are soooo friendly, although I have to say, I'm a shopper who prefers to be left alone and seek help when I need it, so having an attendant shadow me about the place is the one annoying part of a visit here. I get it - they're going for a personalized shopping experience - that's just not the way I like to shop (it almost makes me feel like they're keeping an eye on me so I don't shoplift ). Any time I come to Clinton I have to pop in, and then I go across the street for a coffee. As I said, it's a fun shop to check out!”
“I have always loved their clothes! However, today I experienced the best customer service I have had in the longest time. There was an issue with my rewards card and rather then making me have to follow up with customer service, the store manager honored my card. She didn't need to do that, but she did it and her effort is so appreciated. I am a customer for life!”

“I am obviously a bit biased since I like their clothing, but the staff has always been very kind and helpful to me when I visit. There is always some sort of sale in progress so you rarely have to pay full price. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the store is a bit small compared to other BR stores so sometimes the selection is limited.”

They contacted corporate and painstakingly argued for me to get my order not only in record time but comped my shipping and got me an additional discount for my troubles.
