Be aware of American's best eyeglass. That catch is to bring you in To pair glasses for $79. I went in there and got them back in june and already they broken They charged me $25.00 replacement ??? A waste of my money and time

I bought a pair of glasses in December of 2022. I purchased the medium grade lenses with the blue light lenses. When I got the glasses everything looked distorted. They tried adjusting the frames but I still couldn’t see clearly. The assistant manager told me to wear them the next day and I should adjust to them. I’ve been wearing glasses for 30 years and I’m pretty good at realizing if the glasses will work or not. I knew they wouldn’t but I tried his suggestion anyway. Before I left I asked what are my other options if this doesn’t work. His reply was, “we’ll figure it out” That wasn’t very reassuring so I waited awhile before returning and just dealt with my old scratched glasses until I couldn’t take it anymore. When I returned they had the doctor double check my prescription which turned out to be the same. They then remade my glasses 2 more times but they were still disoriented. Finally on the last try I went to pick up the last pair and the associate that helped me realized it wasn’t the lenses or prescription that was the issue, but the frames that needed a different adjustment. I was finally able to see clearly. I noticed the lenses did not have the blue light reflected coating that I originally wanted. When I reached out to their customer service and explained everything I was told that the “upgrade” was done as courtesy. I never wanted an upgrade! I wanted to see clearly through the glasses I originally ordered. I will never go to an Americas Best again or tell anyone about this place. Absolutely a waste of my time.

Exceptional service. Well staffed, very well organized operation here. Impressive. Scheduled online, paid in cash. $79 for 2 pairs of glasses. No catch. Great team over here. I have not yet received my glasses but assuming the glasses provide clear vision then this place is a slam dunk.

Absolutely horrible service have insurance and can bring it up on my phone but they couldn’t see it though there system which some how some way became my problem because they don’t call insurance companies even though they have a whole directory of insurance numbers and I wasn’t the only one who this happened to in the same day. I literally could have had the president of MetLife insurance on phone and they said well not in our system too bad

I came here after shopping around quite a bit. I have difficulty finding well fitting frames, and was very pleasantly surprised at the frame selection here. Lots of variety of styles, price ranges, and sizes. I bought a new pair here, but found quickly after wearing for extended periods of time that they were heavy on my nose. I went to return them only a week outside of the return window, and was denied a return. Okay, I'll exchange for maybe a more comfortable frame. The new frame was half the price of the old one, and they did not offer to give me the difference back, which is simply bad business practices. I contacted customer support and told them how absolutely zero sympathy and support was given to me in-store to return them, and they contacted the manager who was then magically willing to take them back. A word of advice to them-- don't be this blatantly unsympathetic to your customers. I would GLADLY take back a return of only a few days outside the window, especially since my reason was that they were uncomfortable and I could not wear them. I'll give them a chance again because of their great frame selection and prices but if I have a negative experience again I will not be back.

Never have I been to an eye center where they bend over backwards to make things easier for you. From the prescription to glasses, then sunglasses. I will be back and recommend to allOf my friends. Thxs

The entire experience is awkward. After my visit they advised that a specific pair of over the counter reading glasses would work for me. They were way off with that. I just don't trust them. Will not return...

Know someone who they gave the wrong prescription to. They were told to go in and they will retest for free. First reappointment canceled no doctory next one wait over 50 minutes to be taken in and told they are going to charge them because they lost all the paperwork. Will never go back.

If I could give negative stars I would. I went last year and they gave me the wrong contacts not once but twice and I was stuck with a year of contacts that were awful. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt so I went again this year hoping for a different result. Well unfortunately when I talked to the eye doctor and told her of my frustration she seemed sympathetic to the situation. I sat with the gentleman who "did the contacts" and told me I could have a trial but didn't tell me that I would need another appointment to try them before getting a prescription. So I asked for the prescription and they told me I could not just have the script until I had another appointment. But they would have ordered them for me that night so I am not sure why they couldn't just give the script. Total run around. I will never go there again. Now I will have to pay for a whole new exam. I am beyond annoyed

I had a bad experience here I usually have gotten a eye exam and can walk out with my prescription but I was told that by law I have to try their contacts first before they can give me my prescription.I have never heard this before so I agreed to try their contacts but they don't even have the contacts there I was told they have to order a sample for me to try. It shouldn't be so time consuming to get your prescription I feel they are trying to lure you in with a economical price for your exam but want you to order with them and make it complicated for you to have other options. The follow a sales system that i feel is not upfront and this is why I will not be going back to them.

Very kind staff and doctors. After my eye exam i wanted certain brand contacts thst they did not have in stock. They ordered for me and gave me a pair of prescription contacts so i can see :) until i receive my order. thank you so much!

Had a 9:20am appointment, got there 9:00am only to be told the doctor called out. Staff was extremely helpful trying to get an appointment for me elsewhere but I was already annoyed so I just left. Because it was not working for me.
