I should not given them any starts whatsoever.So I haven’t bought a car from them yet, but I called the person today and apparently the owner or the guy who picked up the phone today. Said he was not available but which is fine available all day Tomorrow .While I was the in the phone call. I wasn’t really finished thought out the call then He hung up the phone on me.What type of customer service is then what kind of shady business they have.

The Best Place to buy a used car, the owner is an amazing guy he helps you with everything you want, he also gives you a 6 months insurance on your buy. Amazing Experience would surely come back again

if I could give zero stars I would. I’m writing this to warn others so they don’t have the nightmare I’ve had. I have never in my life dealt with a more shady person or place. I found out that local repair shops will not even work with them because they are so sketchy. I’ve had to put so much money into a vehicle I bought from there that it’s actually embarrassing how scammed I got. Please learn from my mistake and take your hard earned money anywhere else.

Bought a 2012 Silverado. That was guaranteed. Drove it from Newark nj to North Carolina twice. Had no problems at all. Mr Baladi is a Man of his word. I was treated with nothing but professionalism and appreciate it. Thank you. Looking forward to my next vehicle.

They sold me a car with all bad brakes and bad rotors. If you are selling cheap cars, that’s fine… but at least let the customer know about all those issues upfront.

BUYER BEWARE! I recently purchased a used Dodge Durango from Baladi Auto Sales. The vehicle looked and sounded good and I thought was a decent deal. He made note of how nice the vehicle was and especially made it a point to let me know about the extras the vehicle had and how great it was. 3 days after I got the vehicle, the check engine light came on with an error code saying misfire in cylinder 8. I contacted Baladi and he referred me to his mechanic who had my vehicle for a few days and I was told everything was fixed. I picked up my vehicle from the mechanic and again was told everything was fixed. 2 days later, check engine light came on with the same error code. I contacted Baladi about it and was screamed at by him because he was with a customer and for me to never call him back. Do not trust this dealership or else make sure you have a lemon law lawyer or mechanic available to you.

Horrible places. The car my son looked at was so dirty inside and looked like the previous owner didn’t take their junk out it. Wheel was about to fall off! Then told my son the car was more then the price he was advertising because he is young and tied to take advantage of!

Person very very rude. He did not want to show me car nor even give me the keys just to start it. He even closed the door on me. STAY AWAY.. How is this person even in businesses. Is it really a used car lot?

Recently purchased a 2006 Ford F-350! I was given excellent customer service! The truck was a fair deal at the price. Before I bought the truck I made sure that I checked it over thoroughly. And while it was not in brand new condition, it was definitely in a condition worthy of the price that I paid! In the future I would certainly do business again with Baladi auto.

Here I bought, my wife's car I recommend it guys, the workers are very friendly including the manager, a very trained person who helps the buyer. I am very satisfied with the purchase.
