I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience at a Burlington. Sarah The manager was absolutely miserable and clearly shouldn’t be in a customer-facing leadership role. Instead of being helpful or professional, they were rude, dismissive, and spoke with an attitude that made the situation unnecessarily uncomfortable. My jacket broke and the fact that she was not willing to offer any kind of helps says a lot about her personality. She rather be mean and miserable!
Contacted corporate to report her behavior and since customer service reflects management, and this store is a perfect example of how bad leadership trickles down. If you hate being treated like an inconvenience for simply shopping, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I suggest taking your business elsewhere. I will not shop here anymore.

Clean and neat store. Polite service. I needed shoes and clothes for my daughter, I found very beautiful and inexpensive things. I was there on Thursday, there were not many people. I recommend this place.

Things could be more organized when it comes to sizes… sizes were mixed up… shopped in kids section and the sizes on the hangers definitely weren’t the correct sizes of the items so just be attentive when shopping.

Really bad costumer services the cashier was so rude. I think any store should have not perfect costumer services but at least do the best because with the attitude burlington at ledgewood would be loosing at lot of costumers

This store is great, love shopping here until I get to the register. Usually the cashiers are okay but yesterday the customer service was poor. Its not that complicated, train your staff to greet ALL customers and thank the customers at the end for shopping at the store, It's not to much to ask for. I just don't understand the attitude at the register. If Amazon wasn't such a rip off, I would buy everything online. I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks this.

Saturday night and one cashier. No manager the kid says. No one else. He calls someone and they say that they're counting money. 25 minutes on line.The kids is not nearly as RUDE as the mgr. She's not apologetic at all. No wonder you get robbed.Very rude.. Scumbags.....
