Second time a door dash order was missing items. This time I tried to contact the restaurant. Told to contact driver and driver says not his problem. Back to automated, Go round and round with the automated customer service which then connects with the store. The phone rings and rings , finally answers and asks for an access code. Started out being a matter of principle but now it’s not worth the 12$. Kids can’t order door dash from Chipotle anymore. Sorry Jackie M. We got your order !

Placed an online order and asked some of the items as sides and extra beans. None was taken care of. Provided with half filled cups with corn. Had to wait a long time at the pay cou ter for the lady with cap to even recognize that I was there to pick up an online order. This is the third time I have had a bad experience. May not order from here anymore.

Gross place with gross people working there. Didn't even have food options. Close at 10 and at 915. There like we don't have steak, cheese, Pico, gauc. Lettuce. Ummmm is there a discount cuz you aren't providing food

Chipolets usually don’t get good ratings in most places I’ve been to, but this place deserves better rating than they have. Even at 4:30, this place was fairly packed and the food was awesome. Please keep it up!

I’m on the first aid squad and fire department, and normally they give me a 50 percent discount. Today I went and they said that it’s for police only when I have gone countless other times and gotten 50 percent off.

First time coming here with my wife, first thing we noticed as we walked in was the loud music and messy unswept floors. We continue to place an order and noticed hardly any ingredients are ready, we asked for beef and was told we need to wait 15 minutes. No worries, we waited and then got back on line. As we attempt to make our order, we noticed how messy the kitchen was and seemed like it was ran by a bunch of kids also blasting by very loud music. Our food tasted really bad, very greasy and the chips were stale. Very expensive for ordering three tacos and a bowl, $39. Overall bad place to eat and would recommend health inspector for that kitchen.I’m sure not all chipotle are like this, only making others aware of this one we went too.

First time to this Chipotle, I ordered a lunch to go with a soda .When I returned home, soda was not in the bag. I returned to the restaurant with my receipt the next day, and they couldn’t have been nicer to me. Excellent !!! customer service . Food was great … Thank you to the gentleman who helped me, on Friday February 23. I was having a hard day and to have someone be that nice to me, made my day . Please give this place a chance and support our local business. We want to keep it in Roxbury. The very nice staff are an asset to our community.

Didn’t even heat up my burrito. Gave me a bone dry cold one. Doesn’t even give good scoops I’d be lucky to get half a spoon of anything. Slow lazy workers with attitudes. How is this place running??
