Frequently broken software. Requested changes, that never happen. Lies by leadership to both staff and customers.It's not slander if it's true, feel free to see what the other reviews say.I have seen more staff fired in one year here, than in the rest of my ten year career.

The worst support and customer care I've ever experienced. Constant issues with their programming. The Technical Support is absolutely horrible, it's been 6 months of going back and forth with their Technicians trying to resolve a cash dispenser issue. Unbelievable!!

We have been a customer for several years now and it has been nothing but an absolute nightmare! Miguel (the owner) is very deceitful and overpromises just to make a sale. Then when you start experiencing problems, and believe me you will, he won't return a phone call. I have had tunnel controller issues, which has resulted in customer loss, since the beginning. They do not stand behind their product. Their technical support is horrible. You call at 9:15am and they return your call 4 days later. I am paying for technical support, then they charge you a monthly fee to access your reports and financials and then charge quarterly fees on top of all that if you use their Lube Center software (Save yourself the time and effort and don't even bother with it. Program is a joke) Costs me $6600 a year for all this aggravation.
