She provided excellent service and possessed the knowledge to make sure our package arrived at the time we needed it to. And at the best possible price. We were quoted as having to spend almost $200, to have the same delivery service done by FedEx. We spent nowhere near that, and our package is expected to be there exactly when we want it to. “It's no secret, in the last 3 years, there have been a lot of changes within the Post Office (to put it one way). However, when mistakes have happened, the Long Valley Post Office has been so helpful, understanding, and professional. They managed to get a package sent to a different Washington rerouted and delivered to me 2 days later. Just now, I checked the tracking for one of my packages, and they managed to get it out for delivery today, minutes after it arrived at the hub. You guys are great! Keep up the awesome work!”

I walk-in on a Saturday and the lady there was so amazing and reviewed my application and made sure everything was good before signing it and sending it out! I came in yesterday with a problem, and I appreciate having my mail delivered to my box this morning with no issues. I also commend your driver for locating my actual box (not easy) and finding a way to get it in there this morning around the ice and snow. Thank you guys”
