“This was my first experience with a storage unit and Gil at Stowaway has been nothing but friendly and great! I signed up back in 2017 after a divorce left me trying to reduce my whole life into a 10x10 sqft unit. Gil was not only professional but very kind as well during this difficult time. We joked because I said I would only keep the unit for a year and he said "that's what everyone says!" 3 yrs later he was right but I was not disappointed at all. I would have kept the unit too if I didn't move to Passaic county. The facility is clean, well lit, safe and there's always a dolly to use. The hours are more then accommodating and when I needed later access it was made available to me. The prices are fair and there were no unexpected price increases or bait and switches. I have since moved my items to a "Public Storage" in Woodland park and it has been nothing but a nightmare compared to how good stowaway was. I wish I could have stayed, I highly recommend this storage facility!”
“I have used E-Z storage for over five years. Started with a small unit and moved up to a 10x20. The prices can’t be beat! I live in the Randolph area and I kept my unit there as the price and the service was worth the drive. The staff is amazing and helpful. I was sad to leave but no longer have anything to store. Jesse is awesome as well, gave me great customer service too. These guys really know how to run a store, and keep it looking too notch. Ted was the go to guy of the day that day, my friend was in a huge jam that day and we came here last minute. “My rate was going up but I also needed to downsize to a smaller unit. I was going to just cancel my account and switch to another facility, but when I called the woman who answered was so helpful and said I can just transfer my account and storage to a new one. I wound up going down that day and with in a half hour, I had a new storage room, and moved my items into the new unit. Laura and Tierney were so helpful, bringing me over to the new unit, processing my paperwork very quickly and allowing me to move from one unit to the other. If I hadn't called I never would have known I could do this. They were both so helpful and courteous, on the phone and in person. Glad I stayed a customer here.”
