The past several weeks, service here has dropped big time, during the week and nonpeak hours. I generally order ahead or go into the cafe. The drop off seems to be when upgrades to brewed coffee were made. Multiple times baristas aren't trained and it seems that no one has this covered. Wait time consistently over 10 minutes and beyond what's estimated on the app. Is not acceptable for a venti pike. Simple fix train the staff and assign the task.

Drive thru takes forever. Have tried to walk in multiple times and they are not taking orders in store. Have tried ordering ahead multiple times and they are not accepting online orders. Not sure what is going on at this

I haven’t visited or really bought any Starbucks in years. A friend recently put me on to a drink Starbucks offers though!This week, I ordered the same iced venti order two days in a row, once regularly and there was soo much ice (above the top ice line on the cup), I ended up with very little of my $8 liquid (and I tipped them??♀️).I went back the next day to this Roxbury location and placed the same order with light ice and even then, the ice was filled to the top line. The drinks were made correctly and deliciously both days, but the level of ice, reducing the amount of actual drink, was pretty disappointing for an almost $10 beverage!I went yesterday to the Rockaway location and they got the drink and ice levels right!

I ordered ahead, its been 15 minutes since i got here.Jordan doesn't shut up and continues to talk while 20+ people wait for drinks. When she finally stopped, she put 4 drinks out faster then anyone else.No one moves with any sense of urgency to clear the crowd....they should drink their own bean water and they may move the crowd a little faster, this was unacceptable

The place is disgusting. 6 people working most standing around doing nothing. Garbage all of the floor tables gross with spilled coffee. Counters disgusting. Lazy employees... and then they all are looking for tips... pathetic.

Lobby is not open … only drive thru so cars are blocking passage for all directions. Doesn’t make sense!!!
