“I was highly recommended to Dave at Randolph Transmission. I was worried that my Subaru was on its last leg and panicked about having to buy a new car in short order. I left a message on Sunday afternoon and heard back from Dave 10 minutes after opening Monday morning. He immediately put me at ease. He assured me that the car could be fixed. Given the sensitivity of my job, Dave got to work immediately and had my car ready for pickup in less than 24 hours, at a very far price. “I would like to start off by saying that Automotive Magic is the best mechanic shop I ever been to, they took care of my baby like it was a Lamborghini. That has been my problem with other mechanics they never diagnosed my car like they wanted to fix the problems afterwards. I would have never known my car had all these problems with any other place. All I ask for is honesty and professionalism that's what I received at Automotive Magic, they did a fantastic job with my car, she's riding like new. The prices were shocking at first but it wasn't their fault so many things needed fixing, she's a older car and it was mostly wear and tear . Worth keeping. “I purchased a set of new Continental tires for my car. I asked them to do a proper wheel alignment. The previous shop I went to did it wrong and left my steering wheel misaligned off-center. Freeway Tire Pros did the alignment correctly and fixed steering wheel problem.Really happy with the results, thank you.”
“A piece of tire was scraped off because my teenage kid hit a curb, so I went and ask them to take a look. The person inspected it and told me that it should be fine (she explained that she didn't see any liner from the spot) and that I don't need to do any work. Greatly appreciate an honest business that doesn't try to take customer for a ride!”

“Som.. I'm driving down the highway and suddenly get an alert saying my battery is not charging. I don’t know where I am. I pull over and desperately start searching for a mechanic. This place pops up with good reviews. Kim was very kind and told me that they would check it out and I should probably go hang at a cafe! 30 mins later, he calls me and tells me that there is an oil leak and asks me to come over. I look at it and see oil sprayed all over the inside of the engine bay. Needless to say, I wasn’t happy, but I had to get it fixed. These guys were awesome to work with. It took them three days but everything was done correctly and they kept me constantly updated. The prices are typical for NJ and an itemized bill was provided. I would definitely go here again.Here’s another good thing about them – they are right across from the train station. And since I live an hour away, I saved some money by taking the train here rather than spending $100 on Uber. If you live in the area, definitely check them out!”

“My friend recommed this shop to me. My 2018 Ford Transit vans tranmission was on its way out after barely surpassing 100,000 miles which I was really disappointed at, If I can give Ford 1 star, I had other ford's and they were well past 100k miles without significant issues.I called and spoke w Brian the owner and mechanic, he told me drop it off and so he can diagnose the vehicle. I dropped it off following day and he diagnosed it very quickly and was able to give me pricing. I elected to go with the higher price in the hopes of getting the vehicle back quickly.He was able to repair it over a weekend and got my van up and running again.”
