Thanx to Ulta Beauty for having such a professional and knowledgeable prestige beauty consultants. Ia Adorno was amazing!!!!!I have had such an amazing experience with her. She helped me to choose skin care products and cosmetics. Analyze my skin type, pros and cons. She is just amazing and the products she recommended worked really well for me. The stylist Jeannie was very nice and she did her job very well and she is very nice with customers. On the other hand when I went to check out the cashier Elizabeth was very rude she had a bad attitude and it was the worst customer service ever.

Jeannie is my hero! When a glam appointment fell through on the day of a special occasion, Jeannie kindly accommodated us and provided hair and make up services in-between her scheduled appointments. She had us photo ready in no time and made sure my sister left happy, smiling, and confident with her formal make up and hair styling! (And on time, to boot!) We can't thank her enough and highly recommend her sweet, attentive, and talented services!

i had a bad experience of having my eyebrow done at the ledgewood ulta. I had yo live with a scar on my brows… the need to trained them properly.. she burned my sjin pretty good and now i have a scar. Am hoping it will go away.

I just hung up with corporate to file a formal complaint about how I was treated by the general manager at the Ledgewood store - Alex. I needed to buy a hair dryer, it was $199 on sale on the site for $149. I realized this at the store, and tried to purchase it on line and pick it up at the store I was physically at!! With the product in my hand!! I was having a trouble because they had only 1 in stock and apparently their system does not let a customer purchase it and pick up at store if they only have one.I asked Alex if she could help me, she said no because it was against their policy to help me order an item online and pick it up in person when the stock is at 1. She said there was no one to call, and she was the manager. I stood at the register trying to figure it out while she rolled her eyes and clicked her nails on the counter. She finally walked away and told the young man at the register to let her know what happens???I was still standing there! I purchased the item at $199, and asked the young man for the store number and her name.I called the customer relations line for Ulta and told them how I was treated and they were surprised. I am waiting for a call back, and will also file a complaint on the BBB. I then went to Sephora to purchase the other item that Alex told me that she had never heard of. Both of the girls at the Sephora down the street had worked at that Ulta and left because of this manager. Apparently she treats employees just as bad as customers.Ulta do better!

The store itself seems fine and I never thought I'd write a review saying staff somewhere is TOO attentive but here we are I guess. I came to this location tonight to kill some time and grab some new makeup for a wedding I'm going to soon. I know the staff is supposed to offer assistance and make themselves available but 5 times in a 15 minute time span before I can even get to the 3rd aisle felt a little excessive. I like to take my time when shopping and also wanted to show my little one a little bit about makeup since she always asks me questions when I put it on at home so we weren't exactly in a rush and looking at a bunch of different things. I had taken a picture of a lipstick shade I liked in one of the first aisles and I was trying to put my phone back away in my wallet and was struggling with the latch. An older associate with blonde, curly hair came up, asked if I needed help after three other clerks had JUST done the same. I let her know I was fine and instead of a normal interaction where someone would walk away or at least avert their attention elsewhere, she just continued to stand next to and stare at me, making me even more anxious that I couldn't close my wallet. This has never happened at other Ultas I've been to by myself so maybe they don't like kids in the store (I was letting her look at testers but she was being respectful and put everything back as she looked at it) but my main guess is that she thought I was stealing which made me feel lesser than and unwelcome. The three before her and other few after her all were just casually offering but this woman made me feel like I was under surveillance. Had I felt more comfortable to continue browsing, I definitely would have made a purchase but instead, cut my time short and left empty handed. I work in customer service and know that people tend to write way more bad reviews than good ones and I always make an effort to write only positive ones whenever I can so I really hate doing this but maybe calm down a little on making every single associate walk up to every single patron while it's slow in the store.

I had an amazing experience with IA!! She was so helpful and you could tell she really wanted to make sure that I was getting the right products that I needed. She spent nearly 2 hours with me trying to color match my foundation & find new skin care products that would be best for my skin. I really appreciate the time she took to help me and was not trying to rush me at all. she was very personable and I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family!! Will most definitely be back when I need makeup or skin care and look forward to IA helping me again ?.

Today I visited for a haircut with Katie, who is so helpful and really takes the time to hear your thoughts and execute a great cut! I am so happy to find a hairstylist that I trust, and one who is open to questions and educating her clients on product.After the cut I realized I needed some beauty items and Ia was hands out the most helpful store consultant I have ever met (in any store, not just Ulta!!). She took the time to really make me feel special and it completely made my day. I ended up buying almost all of the products she showed me, and I never felt pressured to which I loved.I cannot rave about the individuals in this store who really make you feel special!

I go here for all most of my products, and want to say I don’t have a problem with the store at all! I just have a problem with a product that’s sold there now ( use to be just at Sephora) I bought a KVD ink liner there last month and it’s dried out already while the one from Sephora still has life after couple months. My boyfriend picked me up another one and I realized that the packaging is the new style but the eyeliner itself is the old style. But the ones I have from Sephora are all the new style. Just more so curious as to why that is. If it’s this store or all ultras. But I feel this is the reasoning of why they are drying out sooner than suppose to.One photo is the new liner from yesterday, and other shows the new one on top and the Sephora (new label) on bottom.

Wanted to write about my AMAZING experience with the prestige beauty consultant, IA!! She was sooo nice, fashionable, helpful and knowledgeable. I went with my sister and friend we were shopping around for foundation and we were trying to color match ourselves. After she saw us wandering around for a while, she approached us and asked if we needed help and we said yes. She was so helpful and matched us perfectly. She gave us some tips as well when matching our foundation and she was very patient throughout the whole process. She was not pushy at all and made our shopping experience so much fun. I would definitely recommend shopping with Ia if you never need help with anything there she was such a pleasure to work with. I can’t say enough nice things about her! I hope she sees this review! Thank you again, Ia for being absolutely amazing!!

I go for the benefit brow wax and style with Megan. She is an absolute sweetheart and takes her time to make sure your brows are exactly to your liking. Highly recommend making an appointment with Megan, and the online scheduling is quick and easy. She is the best!
