Went this place for a flat tire, and I had to go back to this place again in about 4 hours later because I kept losing air pressure, fix again and charged me again. They never said sorry to me for the inconvenience of the mistake.

John was efficient and easy to talk to. I stopped by when all the dash lights were blinking at about 9:30am. By 2:30pm the car was fixed. He was reasonably priced and called me for approval before making any repairs. Very pleased with my experience at Central Auto Tech.

I would highly caution any and all current & future customers from using Central Auto Tech,Deceptive, over-priced and highly-negligent auto work on my recent vehicle caused a bunch of subsequent problems, including a highly-probably car accident.I originally sought their services to have my car battery replaced.Upon having another mechanic look at my vehicle, the battery was "hyper-charged" in order to mask & hide that it was nearly depleted. Also, without informing me, my alternator needed to be replaced as well.Given what I mentioned, my car completely stalled and system shut off in the middle of traffic right near the George Washington Bridge Ramp.I was charged $200 for a new car battery and installation. What I actually got was my old battery being passed off as a new battery.Because he hyper-charged my old battery, it ruptured and leaked battery acid. My new mechanic pointed these out to me.The work that Central Auto Tech did could have endangered myself and other passengers on the road. Even more so, he did not perform the work and intentionally deceived me.For the sake of others in the area needing auto mechanic, avoid Central Auto Tech at all costs!Services: Auto battery replacement

He said he fixed a liftgate lock on my suv without asking me and charged ridiculous amount for an old car. He should have asked me before starting to working on something he didn’t ask me while I was there.

So now I'm at the new mechanic to fix what John at central auto tech did not properly fix and on my invoice says a new windshield motor, the new mechanic says it was not replaced with a new motor it's used after charging me over 200.00 for a new one . The list goes on with the service this person did for me. I strongly recommend not to let central auto tech to fix your cars if you have a choice. I work hard for my money and now I'm paying double for all the work he says he did when he didn't. What a shame

Went to central auto tech mainly because it was close and convenient for me. My first time I was not happy with Johns face not very customer service but I figured if he does the job right we can get past that, needless to say he did the job right so I continued to go back for over 2 years spent over 2000 dollars and even though his face never cracked a smile the job was done. Until the last time I went back to ask him to check on work he did last year and the cost was almost 1000 dollars to recheck and ask why this happened the first thing he said was it will cost this much and that much. Never let me see what I could do and his attitude got worse very not customer service and I called him out on it. It ended not well and I’ll never return but I feel good I told him how I feel. He acted like it didn’t matter if I never went back and to me that’s definitely not good customer service. Car is still not working right. Worse customer service I ever had. Called today because what he fixed is still not working and he shut me out said it’s not his problem.Services: Air & Cabin Filter

You get ripped off by the 40 dollar inspection. Even if you're car is fine but had a history of the engine light in the past month, they will fail you.

John helped repairing and maintaining our cars for 7 years now and always has been super helpful! He is honest and very knowledgeable at what he does.We had so many car problems with our old cars; my husband’s car stopped on a road once, battery that would not start, my father’s car having bad brake noise that could not be fixed by other mechanics, flat tires, and of course routine inspection and oil change. Very convenient and reliable.Thank you for being someone we can trust at all times!

If he has a women customer with battery problem, he play tricks, he did that 2 times to me, I spent over $1000 at my car dealer because he left the battery connection loose on purpose. The trick was found by an honest Turkish mechanic in Lodi. If a owner mechanic is honest that place is busy, if not honest, no matter how good location it is on, the place is empty. The hidden place behind Hanyang mart in Ridgefield, always busy because they are very honest. This one on broad Broad Ave is empty all the time.밧데리로 손님을 속이는 방법에 두번 당했습니다. 가지 마세요. 위치 좋은데 텅빈거 보세요.....
