Wish i can give 0 stars. Just spoke with Mae, I hope she gets fired. Honestly, as a customer service, you should be respecting, talking kindly, and understanding. LOL. She had nothing close to that. She was looking down on us just because my friend didn't speak fluent in english and BLAMED on us for saying stuff we didn't even say. Honestly, if you're not going to understand asians at an asian town, then please do us a favor and get out. You don't even deserve to be at a customer service with that kind of attitude. Omg like she was on the phone literally making fun of us saying "I KNOW YEAH THEY CHANGED THE ADDRESS. LOL I KNOW" like right in front of us. I'm NEVER going to PNC due to this girl. Seriously, learn a lesson and get the f out.

Will be filing a discrimination lawsuit as the woman assisting my grandfather today deemed that she would not help him set up online banking because of his age. After trying to set up banking and resetting his pin through the app and over customer support I was told to go with him to any PNC branch where they would be able to give him his credentials to log in and reset his pin. The woman asked him what he'd like to use online banking for to which he responded, "to be able to check my transactions right on my computer". She replied "Oh really... so you can't remember your pin but you think you're going to remember your banking password?" She proceeded by telling us that she would not set my grandfather's phone up because she felt he did not need it and that it would not be of use to him. We just purchased an iPhone for him and one of the major factors for this was because of online banking and that he has seen features such as Apple Pay that would be used to get groceries as a backup for his debit card.

Good location, service was good, they have atm machine on site. PNC bank branches are most of East coast.

Great ATM service with the debit card option for your convenience. They have the greatest customer service available within the tri-state area. My parents opened a joint account for me while I was studying in college and they have the same options for graduates with multiple accounts. The managers of PNC have suitable knowledge of your financial options that help with any finance credibility. It is a great opportunity for any student with a degree!

Although I've been with pnc for a very long time, unless u opened an account with a specific salesperson, all others are unwilling to help you. All the desk salesperson cares about is making 20 bucks from opening a new checking account. I must say the worst service u could possibly expect from a public company, that's a bank. Good thing atms are replacing menial retail bank jobs, bc atms doesn't give u an attitude problem. Also online banks are on the rise so those desk salespersons, most with only a high school education, will soon be near extinction. Maybe I shoulda gone to the pnc in my town but unfortunately I just happen to be in this area cuz navigation brought me here.

This Bank is the worst bank customer service I ever experienced. First all Korean Desk people don't greet to any customers and just stearing people. The branch manager is total idiot. I have deposited a check and it won't clear over 3 business day and I have questioned them and their response was it was on hold and we have to verify the check I have deposited. There is tons of story about this unprofessional PNC Bank branch and stay away !! Don't every bank with this Branch !!

I have been banking with PNC Bank in Fort Lee for 7 years . They gained my trust, the staff is friendly . However, last year the manager of the branch suggested that I should switch my merchant account (Credit card processor) to PNC bank so everything would be much easier for me. NOT REALLY Unfortunately, every thing turned out to be a nightmare. I got bombarded with numerous calls from the Merchant account representative and the next thing I knew he was at my office ready to seal the deal. Frankly, I told him that I was not interested since I was already working with my credit card processor with no problems for over 7 years. The rep insisted that, I would have many benefits and that if I sign for the account, it would not be active until I provide the code that would process the transactions. Within the next days I received a call from PNC bank Merchant services asking for the code to what I said that I was not ready to do the move yet due to some updates that I need it to apply to my business. His reply was "call us when you are ready" The next thing I saw, my account was debited 3 times for the amount of $21.99 , then, another charge for $291.00 and lastly a $721.00 for a total of over $1000.00 and monthly charges in less than months. My business accounts were even modified as a result of this Merchant deal and I ended up being charged monthly $50.00 for each account for "business analysis charge" I contacted merchant services they could not even find my account. Although they already deducted my bank account with over a $1,000.00 I called the branch and visited numerous times and no one had any answer, they kept saying that the representative who visited would call me but no one did nor anyone in the branch knew how to explain the charges. The Merchant services rep that once called me a million times and visited my office so eagerly never called me back to follow up despite of being told to do so. After 4 months of no resolution form the branch, I contacted, PNC bank directly someone said that those charges were made for early termination fee of the contract, that I was locked in a 3 year contract and since I did not activated the account , I got an early termination fee of $720.00 plus other additional charges. Be cautious , I felt betrayed by my own bank who was so fast to reach out to my account to deducted my money but not able to resolve my problem. For over 4 moths I have not gotten a refund nor any a resolution. I hope PNC bank resolve my problem . I will update this review soon. UPDATE 2/24/2016 After 5 months asking for the promised refund. I got a call for PNC Bank saying that they are sorry to communicate that they will not refund the over $1000.00 they debited from my account.

Be careful banking here. Security guard called the cops on me today when I tried to go in to open an account. Stay away and bank with Santander across the street instead.

This is a wonderful bank. We have had personal accounts here including mortgages and loans for for more than 20 years and have recently opened a business account. Which is been a wonderful experience.

Great bank in a convenient location The tellers are always friendly and professional. The atmosphere is very convenient as any checks deposited by 10 pm are applied to the same day which is awesome

I had to switch banks, because I moved away but i highly recommend this bank. The service is always friendly and very helpful. Most of the bank tellers are bi-lingual so I welcome anyone who speaks English, Spanish, or Korean to come here. Language is not a problem. There is a drive-through ATM, which is convenient when you need to access money in a hurry. Parking is also a breeze since they have their own parking lot as well as street parking.

Very friendly and helpful staff. You can get in and out rather quickly compared to some other banks I've been to *cough Bank of America cough* Although, they seem to always need to get an approval from personal banker in order to make a large withdrawal, but thats just their system i guess. Not much to complain about, as most of their workers are bilingual with no accents :)
