My car came out with a dent and scratch after the car wash. Reviewed all videos which were all poor quality but none showing my car having the dent and scratch when I entered the establishment. The owner later also sent me videos, but none that were helpful. I asked for the owner to send me a video of my car before it entered the wash…which he refused to do. He then flipped and accused me of trying to be unethical by making a claim that I scratched my car beforehand and now are blaming them. If they felt that confident in doing no harm, I’m not sure why it was such an issue to not send the last video. Great consumer service

We have gone here twice now since my husband had mentioned it to me the first time a couple of months ago. The hand washing on the car takes longer. However, the attention to detail in taking care of washing the car is great. Multiple times washing every part, and showing it not being a quick rinse really helps knowing it's been done thoroughly.Inside, there's an option on detailing if any customers want the option. There were different packages if you decided what you wanted to do with your car, too.Expect a line when you arrive here. It takes a little longer. However, if you leave satisfied, it's worth the wait. Becareful waiting on the side street as you prep to into the wash.All forms of payment are accepted, and informative service.

I've been using Leonia car wash (now the car wash) for over 15 yrs, since the Cuban family owned yet. It's been sold twice and it's been ok since now. The service has gotten worse, i only go when I'm in a hurry now because they are never busy anymore like years ago. I believe it's due to their horrible service and extremely high prices. I don't care about the money as i care about lack of detail to what they are doing. I just got back from getting a was today and i had to ask one of the managers to come and look at the horrible way the car was washed. He really didn't see anything wrong. There was dirt still inside the drivers seat and a couple of water bottle caps that fallen there. I'm just pretty much done with this place.

I’ve been with a dozen detailers in the NY/NJ area and I found my spot. The guys are car enthusiasts so they know. Went in with my E46 M3 for what I thought was going to be a quick in/out wash and ended up getting a two step correction and ceramic coating. Super happy with the result. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Jun was very responsive and kept me updated with photos on the progress. Treated my car like his own. What more can you ask for? Definitely my NJ go-to now for any detailing needs. Keep up the great work!

I got my car washed on a weekday night back last winter. The workers didn't seem motivated to wash my car at the time. I'm sure they were tired; I totally get it. The next morning, I checked my car and saw that it wasn't washed well; there was still a residue of bird droppings left behind. When I went to get another wash for my second car, I told the owner what had happened. The man got very defensive and told me that that couldn't possibly happen. It's good to defend your workers but never tell a customer that he's lying. Throughout the entire conversation, I was very courteous and kept it professional. He seemed more riled up than I was.

This is THE car wash/detailer for car enthusiasts. Every experience I’ve had here, from standard car washes to multi-day ceramic pro coatings, has been top notch. Dennis and Jun are true pros at their craft and really care for achieving the best results for their customers. My cars will be frequenting this shop often.

Connected with the owners and brought my new 2024 Range Rover directly from dealership for a full paint correction, PPF and 5 year ceramic coating. Noticed that they were using Nanolex German products and am super impressed compared to all other car washes I’ve been to. Bravo and 5 stars! Thanks for all your help guysServices: Polishing

One of the best hand car washes in the area. As a car guy, I’m pretty picky when it comes to who washes my car but these guys get it done. Obviously not as good as doing it yourself, but when you live in an apartment you sometimes don’t have a choice. They let you opt out of their armor all package for “deep cleaning”, which is better than the oily residue left behind

My mother went had paid $47 (not cheap) to have her car washed, and she did give the washers an extra tip before hand to clean the inside car good!you can imagine her surprise when it was still left dirty inside! me personally i would have turned around and let them know!

First off, if I was able to give more than 5 stars, I would.I bought my Bronco a few weeks ago and plan to keep it for the life of the vehicle. One of the first things I wanted to do was protect its coat with ceramic. After looking around at various places, my buddy told me to check The Wash out. I went to book an appointment and was told to come in a few days later. When I dropped the vehicle off, I was warmly greeted by Jun, the owner. He went over what exactly what was going to be done and answered any question I had. It started to rain and Jun went above and beyond and offered me a ride a couple miles away to my home. The next morning, I picked up the vehicle and was blown away by the way my Bronco looks. He demonstrated water rolling off the windows, hood, and fenders. Jun also went over what I needed to do to maintain the ceramic coating. The Wash has a new customer.

On my way back to New York and decided to stop by for a quick hand car wash. Decent job, got my car clean from all the salt grime recently. I also noticed that they also do ceramic coating while the car was getting washed. I inquired about it and spoke with Sean. He absolutely knows his stuff, as he was informational and helpful.Decided to do the 5 YEAR(!!) ceramic coating and boy, am I so glad that I did it. They did a fantastic job of not only coating the exterior but the interior touch ups are spotless. Take a look at the photos yourself. This is the car wash my family has been going to since we moved to Teaneck in 2018 and we've always been left super happy with the services we've received. Just recently, I bought my car and this is the only place I've brought it to for washes. The staff is super nice and attentive. Dennis has addressed all of my needs and made it possible for me to get the ceramic coating for my car. The work was prestine and looks amazing. Great place to come wash your car. Their prices are very reasonable. They definitely took care of my car and made it look spotless after a full interior and exterior detail, paint correction and ceramic coating. They really know how to tend their customers needs and their vehicles. Would high recommend if you're ever in the area. I would drive to NJ just to get my car wash.
