This is a really rude post office. I don't even want to give it one star. It's close to where I live, so I go there sometimes. When I go there always she is really rude. From now on, I'll use Ridgefield or Englewood post offices even though they're a bit far away. It's really bad.!!

I mailed a letter from Leonia to Williamstown NJ on Jan 15 as of today Feb 7 and again a second letter the next day both have not arrived. The Leonia post office people are rude, the office is filthy and smells. We need the department of DOGE to investigate. I wrote our new President. This should be unacceptable to all people who visit.

Completely unprofessional. They take 2 hour lunch breaks regularly and shut down the office even on days they're not open for long, leaving a sign up. They're not even always back at the stated time either.

They really need to rehire or train both older ladies there. The older asian lady, couldn’t spare a piece of tape and I go to other location like Hackensack, NJ and fort Lee location. Second time she doesn’t give good customer service.

Why does the older lady (not the asian one, the other older lady) that works here still have a job. She is rude, doesnt want to work, and ignores people. People will walk in and she will continue to sit and not take anyone that is waiting on the line. Meanwhile there is one else working the front register so obviously she is the only person working the front desk. So why act like you dont work at the usps? Shes just collecting a pay check and angry while she is doing it.

Don't lie to me that system is crashing to avoid scanning qr code to print out of your printer. Either you don't want to learn it or lazy. Other USPS store told me you are lying . You are just sending ppl around
