“Mom and pop bike shops are a must have experience if your into bike riding. Their customer service is top notch and their technicians are very knowledgable. Not something you find in corperate run environments like walmart! I E-bike to work and back, keeping my bike in my office every day. I travel 12 miles a day on bike and its enjoyable. Through rain, snow and the hot summers this bike shop has helped me keep my bike in top shape. I save money by keeping my bike equipped with the best tires, bike equipment and keeping my chain clean and oiled. This means it costs me nothing to change tires worn out by Wear and Tear.
How do I save money? Gas prices, insurance, car payments and the like. I'd rather invest in this mom and pop shop then get a car. Break jobs, tune ups, tire replacements all a drop in the bucket compared to a car and all its expenses.
If I need to go somewhere or go out an Uber suffices. This shop is key to living stress free, connected to your environment and feeling free while getting rid of that expensive bubble that is a car.
The owner is polite, generous and sincere when helping his customers. This is a personal thank you to the owner and his skilled technician in the back room making the dream possible.

“Trustworthy. I went in with my Giant E-Bike not having a clue why it wasn't powering on after the winter. I went in expecting the worst since I ride in all weather and even brought that up to the technician(battery/motor). They called the SAME day and said it was just a loose wire.
