MY BEST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!
Memorial day Friday night flat bike tire. Of course all were closed for the weekend. Bike tech opened at 9 AM promptly on Saturday morning and Scott, the tech, was there. He immediately repaired the flat and then went the extra mile and went over everything. Never have I experienced such dedication,experetise, and honesty. The bike rides better than new!

I dropped off two Trek bikes for a seasonal tuneup in February. Received good , professional service with an impressive attention to detail.
Went out on short test ride, smooth and tight ride and the bikes are gleaming clean. Ready for the first ride.
