I am a non customer. But I found myself being contacted by John from a previous bank relationship he helped me in the past. He spoke to me about the credit card promotion Blue Foundry has for no interest for 18 months. It was just perfect timing because I had a credit card that was charging me high interest that I needed to payoff. I wanna thank John for to continue bringing in value and interest in my financial needs, and continue to show the great customer service and care for me as one of his customers.

The team at Blue Foundry bank in Lincoln Park NJ went above and beyond their normal duties to help us fix our account.
We arrived to the Lincoln Park office towards the end of the day to fix an issue with our account. Due to having many walk ins almost at closing time, they helped us resolve our account issues well beyond and after the bank was officially closed.
Thank you to Michael Fox and his team for resolving our issue in a professional manner and always with a smile.

The staff there is very nice, the branch manager goes out of his way to accomodate you. When I called to say I needed a bank check right away but I knew he was closing soon he said don't worry I'll wait for you. When was the last time you heard that from someone at a bank?!

I scheduled my payment online to HELOC for $1,500 for PRINCIPAL amount on 10/15/20(see attached). The confirmation stated that funds will be applied to my account on 10/16/20.However, today is 10/17/20 and money is still not available. Your system delays it on purpose to charge more interest to customers.As a lawful citizen I must immediately report this ridiculous fact to BBB, NJ Department of Banking and Insurance as well as on Google review.Please adjust interest calculation as of 10/16/20 on this amount.
