I never felt so comfortable speaking with Alina as she has an incredible way of addressing your issue and following through. She listened, she reviewed my polices and she took the time to resolve my issue. I was very pleased and also I must say she has a pleasant way of listening to you and not just rambling off what State Farm's policies are.
