Is anyone tell you the moneygram’s one day money limitation to receive is $500?To pickup little over $5000 through moneygram and I went to CVS, Guess what except visiting 11 times to get my all money no other options.Ridiculous.Is it fast service?Sender charged over $300 in overseas because of fast service. They refused to refund fee to cancel transaction.Wasted time and wasted huge money.

They don't update their website. It was shown the pharmacy is open on the Labor Day andi drove long way to pick up my prescription but it was closed. So disappointed.

The customer service rep behind the counter ( not pharmacy, the store itself) was really rude and unprofessional when I asked for help. This was not my first encounter with that person, and I have seen him treat other customers in the similar way. Totally unnecessary, unprofessional and uncalled for. As a loyal customer of CVS for many years, it's a big turn off and dissapointment.

Scheduled a covid-19 test 2 days ago. Showed up for my test only to be turned away because "the computer was down". I understand technical issues as I spent 10 years in IT myself. However, while they were having someone resolve the issue, they should have offered to take phone numbers of those impacted and call them to reschedule once the issue was taken care of instead of just saying that the computer is down, they're sorry, there's nothing they can do and to leave. I had to reschedule at a different pharmacy, which was not a cvs, and the earliest available appointment is 3 days from now. That's 3 more days I'm out of work just to get tested. Throw in the 5-7 days from Friday evening (as opposed to this morning, Tuesday), to wait for the results, and we're talking potentially 10 days.
