Worst post office in the area. I would not recommend coming here for a post office. On their website it says they have walk in hours 2-2:30. They have no walk in hours at all. The incompetent lady at the front desk explained to me how they can’t take it off of their public website. How they can’t take it off is beyond me, especially when they’re the ones that put it there. But hey not everyone’s smart.

The worst post office I have ever visited in my Life has a disgusting Joseph person working there who is bitter. If you don't like your Job just quit. No one has to put up with a man as rude as this worker.He treated me horribly badly like no one has done.I arrived at my house with high blood pressure and trembling because of him he yelled at me horribly .I hope there is a boss who can do something and not allow disgusting people like him to work there

Rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional gentleman (agent). They give customers excuses as to why they cant help you (lunch in the middle of a transaction), they state “we are understaffed”, and “online website is wrong, we do not take walkins for passports”.

This is a great, local post office I would recommend to anyone.
A few times I have been since moving to Lincoln Park, I have been seeing same friendly staff working, there is nothing negative to report.

I had a 9 am passport appointment at the Lincoln Park Post Office, which included their photo service. Upon arrival, the clerk asked if we needed photos and then directed us to Walgreens, claiming their camera was broken. We spent about half an hour getting our photos taken before returning to the post office.
Although the clerk was not particularly friendly throughout the process, it didn’t bother me much. However, when the 10 am appointment arrived, the other teller asked if they needed photos and offered to help them, which was surprising since we had just been told the camera was broken.
When I questioned the clerk about this, she claimed the postmaster had fixed the camera. I asked why he hadn’t fixed it for us an hour earlier. She first said he wasn’t there. After I asked when the postmaster was supposed to start work in the morning, she then admitted he was there but was busy with the mail. Her inconsistent responses made it very clear that she wasn’t being honest.
She then offered to waive the photocopying fee, but this gesture did little to address the dishonesty and poor service. She should be doing her job with honesty, not compensating for her mistakes with state money. This experience reminded me of a Turkish proverb: “A liar’s candle only burns till nightfall.”
In summary, I strongly recommend going elsewhere for any passport needs. The service at this post office was untrustworthy and frustrating.

Never written a review faster in my life, I just left here.
So I went to return a pair of shorts to an online store. I had to pay for a package. Ok, makes sense I’ve had to do that before.
So now, I had to tape my label onto the package. She says there is tape behind you. Ok, so I start using the tape to put my label on. Then, the other woman in there yells over to me saying I’m messing it up and to stop. I’m like huh? She says I have to pay for the tape. So I’m like oh sorry, I didn’t know that. So I stopped using it.
She then finishes taping my label on and then charges me for the entire roll of tape. I go see you serious? The other woman just pointed to the tape behind me, I wouldn’t have used it if I had known I had to pay for a whole roll! The other woman stayed silent this entire exchange then the one ringing me up is just like you used it, you have to buy it. We don’t let you use tape for free.
So now I’m stuck with a $4 roll of tape for no reason. I’m sorry but this is ridiculous. I’m never going here again I will go out of my way to another town.

Everyone is always nice and helpful. I had packages get mixed up and they always called me and followed up when they said they would.

we are constantly receiving mail for other addresses. recently our mail that is being sent to us is being returned as "undeliverable as addressed" this is an issue that has been reported numerous times with no result.

Poor customer service, wish I would have read the reviews before scheduling a passport appointment. I went there 3 times and still no resolve. Even the Manager was no help, told me to go somewhere else. Zero stars if I could.

The worst experience. The last post office you want to visit. Completely unprofessional. Staff refuses to do any work.The Indian lady should be terminated right away she refuse to call the manager.
