Female pharmacist was snooty, went to get vaccinated, she said they don't till 10:30 but had taken the fella in front of me, then said had to schedule. Short chubby female dark hair. Bad attitude for dealing with people especially a long standing one.

Service is horrible. Makeup was on sale.. Lady with black hair rung up everything full price. 7 small simple items added up to 123 dollars. I wanted to take items and put them back because that's ridiculous pricing to begin with and everything was marked as sale so i don't think she priced me out correctly either.. She rolled her eyes and got angry saying there's another customer waiting. Clearly she just did not know how to take items off my order. And she's worked there a long time so that should be a simple request.. she never changed scanned full price items to discount. So I paid 100 dollars for 5 lip liners after waiting 20 minutes for her to figure out how to take 2 items off my order, with an attitude. And I was made to feel bad about asking.....what. Never again.Side note: male staff worker is always so obnoxiously rude and sarcastic. I'm always kind and friendly and never complain. But I hate going into this damn store. I wish somewhere else was closer to me....and the prices are absurd regardless of the location too.

Worst pharmacy ever! Aside from being filthy, the pharmacy staff is unprofessional and ignores the customers. I received approximately five texts saying prescription was ready to be picked up. When I got there I was told it wasn't ready. They claim the text comes from the corporate office and that I should call before I come because they are backed-up. The rude tech then sarcastically asked me if I wanted a job! Instead of just filling it for me, they told me I had to come back in an hour because the pharmacist was going to lunch in 15 minutes (1:30 - 2:00) and it won't be ready until 2:30. I'll be moving all our prescriptions!

worst experience of my life. went to get a booster shot and handed over all my info including insurance and asks me for info that no other pharmacy has ever asked me for in my life- never again.

I am changing pharmacy. Horrendous customer service at Pharmacy. I stood for 10 minutes while two men worked at the pharmacy without looking up at me, acknowledging me, or saying we will be with you in a minute. After 10 minutes - no exaggeration -- with a line building up behind me who was also getting annoyed by lack of attention, I said aloud to the person behind me, "I cannot get them to even look at me." Even with me saying that loud enough that they could hear it, neither pharmacist employee looked up at me. So I then walked over (3 feet) to where they were working and asked "Is anyone working the desk?" One of them looked up annoyed and said "Working the what?" I responded, the desk right there where I have been standing for 10 minutes." He replied that "Oh, yeah, we will be with you in a couple of minutes." I left and am having my doctor send my family's prescriptions elsewhere ... was not first incident

Good luck getting in touch with a pharmacist. Unbelievably terrible service. Prescriptions are never ready or available. This is the worst it has ever been. Wish I could give this 0 stars. Do not go here.

I'd like to give zero stars. This location should be shut down. It is very dirty, poorly staffed and has no inventory. I honestly don't know how a regional manager for Walgreens can let this happen. The worst part of all is the pharmacy will be closed some days because according to the store manager they can't get staff for it. If the pharmacy staff doesn't even want to work there why would customers go there. I read the other review and unfortunately agree that it's not a random occurance. I've had my Dr try to get me a perscription filled there for two weeks and has gotten nothing but frustrated. Do your self a favor with all the other locations go somewhere else. I'm sure it won't be long until this location is shut down.

Cancelled on my CoVid Vaccination twice! The pharmacy has shut down twice in 1 week. It's very irresponsible during a pandemic.

Was deemed eligible for a Covid booster. I live in Tinton Falls, I have never been to this Walgreens, but it's in Lincroft and I thought it would be reputable. My appointment was at 2:30, I was advised to arrive 15 minutes early. I arrived At 2:15 at the Covid check-in counter. Walking into this Walgreens was like walking into a Time Machine. It was dark, dingy and dirty. There were two seats with holes in it right next to each other. When I arrived at 2:15 there was an elderly couple sitting. I'll skip the details of the woman behind the counter who was so unhappy and unpleasant telling me no matter what my appointment time was, I'm going to have to wait very long and the people who are there for prescriptions are 'getting screwed'. They take the older Couple back for their shots around three. They took me back for my shot around 315, exactly an hour after I arrived. So that means within at least an hour and a half there were only three people there for shots! How THAT could bring their business to a screeching halt shows you have that place is rotten. Sitting for 15 minutes after the shot? Forget it. You get your shot right in front of everyone and then they say goodbye. I decided to pick up a drink and a snack and went upfront, but there were two men in line with no cashier. After about five minutes very elderly woman shuffles behind the counter, with a cell phone in her hand and a man next to her. She apologizes and tells her companion "I'll keep calling until he picks up " Meaning, forget the three people who are waiting in line. I put all my stuff down and left. I don't have any problem waiting, I am not a total Karen, but every SINGLE person that picked up their prescription had a problem, the three people scheduled for shots had to wait over an hour, nowhere to wait, dirty store, completely dark and smelly inside with a very unpleasant staff. I would not recommend this facility for ANYTHING
